Operating in Minas Gerais since 2017, Veneto, an office focused on the multi-family office segment, began last year to operate in São Paulo. For this, the company indicated Eduardo Oliveira to command the São Paulo unit and highlighted Acácio Ferreira to focus its work in the western region of the state.
“In Belo Horizonte we are well known. It is the largest 100% Minas Gerais Heritage Manager. We brought Eduardo last year to be our partner and representative in São Paulo. The other partner is Acacio. They are important people in our strategic planning. Much of the growth of Veneto is under their responsibility,” says Carlos Pessoa, founder and CEO of Veneto.

Today, Veneto has in custody $ 5 billion, but started the year with $ 4.3 billion. “We have everything to close the year with R $ 6.3 billion due to São Paulo,” says Pessoa. According to him, of the $ 5 billion under management, $ 1 billion refers to the capture in SP.
Amid rapid growth, Veneto was won this Tuesday (24) of Finance & Law Summit & Awards, in the best financial advisors category-Wealth Management, an important recognition of the country’s largest legal-financial awards.
The company’s goal is to arrive in 2027 with R $ 13.5 billion under management, for its strategic planning. For next year, the goal is to reach $ 9.5 billion. For this, Veneto provides for hiring personnel in both São Paulo and Minas Gerais.

Partner Eduardo Oliveira sees great potential of Family Office in both the capital and in the interior of the state of São Paulo. “I see a lot of growth opportunity. Still very few people had access to the concept of the multi-family office,” he says.

Carlos Pessoa says that the company offers a range of services to the high -income family far beyond investment. “Equity is still the main business, both local and international, but we also look at the rest of the family’s assets, whether real estate or corporate interests,” he explains.

“We take care since the beginning of the customer’s relationship with the concern of how this heritage will be passed on to the next generation. This is the highlight of the range of services that we offer,” he adds, noting that Veneto also has lawyers to assist in Legal Advisoras income tax, offshore and due diligence.
Oliveira cites the importance of transparency in the activity. “The challenge is to give the message very clearly to customers and potential customers,” he points out.
The Veneto CEO points out that the moment of the multi-family office today in Brazil is very similar to the United States in the 2000s and Europe in the 2010s.

“This growth has favored, but we are well positioned for the cycle that is designed and will be very intense in the next 3 to 5 years,” he says.
