Title: Compatiblily
Review: Only complaint I have is that it says it’s unlocked to all carriers but it is not compatible with cricket. And I don’t know how to try and get it fixed

Title: Reboot – update
Review: Phone has died 12.31.22. Did not last 6 months. The phone reboots for no reason. Unpredictable. Received on Jun 23, 2022 and up to yesterday it would just reboot on it own but yesterday it went into factory reset. i restarted a couple of times hoping it would fix itself with out factory resetting and it did not. So i had to do a factory reset and it wiped everything out. this is now a back up phone since my return window expired on July 23. So disappointed that i did not return it when it started the reboot on its own. it was a sign and i ignored it thinking that was the worst of it. 10/25/22 – phone was just rebooting on its own and now it has died. Spent hundreds to have a paper weight. What a lesson on not sticking with what you know.

Title: You get what you paid for but even worse…
Review: I hate this phone so much…Battery life sucks. Connectivity is poor. Both me and hubby have cheaper phones, his works fine. This one is horrible. Bluetooth connectivity is so bad. Not to mention the software set-up. It’s like this was a project for kids in Middle School and nobody checked their work. Fingerprint log in, completely useless. Don’t waste your time. For a little bit more you can get a lot better.

Title: Over heats when used and when charging
Review: I’ve had this phone for about 3 months and it overheats to the point that I aim a fan at it to keep it cool. My calls freeze the phone so I have to wait til it cools off then I have to reboot it just to call the person back. The last time I used it it was so hot I could barely hold it. It was a gift so I can’t return it. I would have loved to use it or even pass it over to my son when I got a new phone but it’s just not safe or reliable. It’s fire hazzard.

Title: Great value for a $170 phone with massive battery
Review: I used it with the T-Mobile and It works fine with 4G LTE connection. Unfortunately, the phone does not support 5G, but I would not expect that yet for a $170 phone (bought on sale with a $20 coupon). I switched to this phone from the Motorola G Power that I bought 2 years ago, which I loved mainly for the massive battery and all day usage. I find this phone a little snappier. It uses the Mediatek Helio G25 vs the Snapdragon 632 on the Motorola.Battery life: With a 5150mah battery I easily go the whole day without needing a charge. After a week’s usage. I have not had a problem with needing to charge during the day. I simply charge overnight. The description says it supports 10W fast charging, but I’m not able to tell whether the included charger is a 10W charger and unfortunately the phone does not indicate whether it is fast charging nor an estimate for remaining charging time to full battery.Design: I love the large screen (6.5”) and I’m happy with the quality and resolution. Bezels are fairly small at the top and sides, but a little bigger at the bottom. The sides are metal with a beautiful matte glass back (it has a great reflective blue). Overall it has a solid premium.Camera: Picture quality is good and quick to take (minimal lag). I’m not an enthusiast that can scrutinize the picture quality in depth, but I’m happy with the pictures taken.Cool features: A thermometer! is turned on by the press of the dedicated button on the left side. With concerns over Covid or even the flu, it’s a nice to have feature. It will take the temperature of a person or object. Fingerprint sensor is on the power button and works fine. A slim case is included, no headphones despite having a headphone jack). For a $170 phone, it has plenty of features that you’d expect in a smartphone in 2021. Here’s my list of pros and consPros- 5150mAh battery, will easily get you through the day even with constant usage- USB C port- Large 6.5” screen with small bezels- Dual Sim tray with slot for micro SD card (Supports up to 256GB)- Includes a slim case – it is a TPU case that will prevent scratches and protect from small drops. Questionable about bigger drop protection (i.e. 3+ft)- Includes latest Android 11, thought not sure about frequency of updates- Temperature gauge (coolness factor). Button on the left side quickly brings up the temperature app that can take the temp of people or objects.- Port for headphone jack- Fingerprint sensor on the power buttonCons- Not many case options. I was not able to find a good protective case from drops on Amazon- No wireless charging- No 5G, but what do you expect from a $170 phone
