Title: Horrible side effects
Review: Hands down this is the worst creatine I have ever used. After doing the research I was truly convinced this was the best creatine on the market with the least amount of side effects. At first I thought I was crazy and it was just me. But I had multiple people who are avid creatine consumers try it and they both immediately had all of the horrific side effects I had. Stomach issues, diarrhea, vomiting, extreme exhaustion, dizziness, brain fog, it makes me feel horrible for days after one dose. I went back to Cymbiotikas creatine with zero side effects.
