Title: Easy creatine option
Review: I use to take my creatine in powder form but this is a way better option. A few gummies a day and I am golden. The taste is good, smaller pieces so not hard to chew. Definitely a great way to go, just be careful, can look like you’re just eating candy in the gym.

Review: It taste okay. You need 4 gummies to get 1 serving. I am just thankful it is sugar free. It is great recovery gummy. It is convenient as well. When I travel for races I just put some in a baggy and eat them. The packaging can improve.

Title: Bad taste.
Review: As nice and convenient as it is to have creative is easy to take gummy form, the taste is not worth it in this case. I do feel like they give me energy and would be a good value for the money, if they tasted better. Because of the taste, I have to say the quality suffers, despite the fact that they performed well ingredient-wise.

Review: Taking creatine for pre and post-workouts has become a love/hate relationship for me. Most of the products on the market, that I have used, have sugar. Although that’s not the end of the world everything has sugar so it adds up over the day. So being able to take a creatine supplement with no sugar was the icing on the cake (no pun intended) for me. Now I’m able to take 2 pre and 1 post and not worry about loading sugar. My 120 ct of Royal Living gummies came packaged in a box with no additional plastic wrap around the container. The top is sealed with foil under the cap. My container has an expiration of February of 2026. The flavor is nice, candy-like, without any strange aftertaste. There is nothing to knock with this one.

Title: Nasty; Poor Packaging Left Gummies Exposed
Review: First impression was how poorly packaged this item was. There was no external plastic protecting the lid from being opened. When you go to open the lid, you will find a film similar to cheap tin foil. In my case the foil was ripped. So there really was no telling how exposed gummies were to anything from the outside. I ended up throwing up the whole product away because of this. This kind of protection is unacceptable especially at this price point.I am also wary of the no added sugar claim. It tastes very sugary and syrupy. It also feels very gritty from what seems like a sugar coating. Yet somehow the flavor is absolutely terrible. I hate to say. But it tastes overly sweet and the flavor tastes like a spiced cough syrup. Not sure how else to describe it.I would stay away from this one.

Review: Creatine is one of the few muscle health supplements which has been studied extensively and in most cases proven effective at increasing strength as well as improving recovery times. It’s especially beneficial in older individuals whose bodies may be less efficient at making it in sufficient quantities and also vegetarians and vegans who get little in their diets. It also can improve cognition as the brain is very energy intensive and the same individuals mentioned above might see a benefit from supplementing with Creatine.Creatine will definitely boost muscle size as it more generally causes intercellular water retention. It can cause you to gain a few pounds due to this effect. Some are more susceptible to this effect than others. Creatine can also increase your blood pressure. That’s likely due to the increased fluid retention. This effect will not be noticeable in some people, but dramatic in others. Much to my chagrin I experienced this effect. I found I needed to reduce my creatine intake by about 50% and also take steps to increase my Nitric Oxide production and availability. Taking the time to figure this out was worth it for me. Creatine supplementation can have very positive effects. But, they are individual. You’ll have to carefully research this and pay attention to how it effects you before getting locked into a routine of taking it regularly.Convenience is a factor with most daily routines. If something is too much trouble or time consuming you are less likely to adhere to them. Creatine Monohydrate can be a very inexpensive supplement. In raw powdered form you can buy a large tub of this of good quality for very reasonable prices. It’s generally literally tasteless. But, it doesn’t dissolve easily in water. Not being fully dissolved it can thus be gritty to take. This doesn’t bother me at all. I have no problem scooping my daily dose into a glass of water, swirling it around and downing it. But, I’m aware many wouldn’t like that. Then, it’s possible to add it to a smoothy or protein shake. This revolves back to convenience. With these Royal Living Knight Creatine Gummies convenience is king. They are tasty and very easy to grab. Thus, most are likely to take them regularly.You will need to take four to get your five grams. If you have never taken Creatine you can follow a loading phase regiment. That would have you taking much more for about a week, then taking it in the daily maintenance dose quantities going forward. Without loading it can take up to a month to start seeing results. That was not mentioned in the product description or on the label. As it’s a significant thing it should be.There is one important point. These contain Xylitol. Pets, particularly dogs, can’t have this. It’s highly toxic to them. Be careful not to let them get into it. They will love it. But, it can literally kill them.This is a good product, in general. It tastes good and is very convenient. It is quite expensive, however. With a little more trouble you can supplement with quality creatine for pennies per day. For me, I will stick with the powder. My wife, on the other hand, who takes creatine for the brain boosting and overall energy benefits, finds this form highly advantageous. She won’t take the powder regularly.As to ratings, I’m going with four stars. I anguished about this a little. But, though it’s upfront, cost is a factor. More significantly the product description lacks important details, like ingredients, for example. Totally absent from the description or packaging are proper instructions for use, especially the loading phase option. That’s important to know. I included photos of the labels. If you’re familiar with creatine, or become educated and find the convenience worth the cost I can recommend this product.
