News 5 has Learned That 32-Year-Old Brendan Tyler Smith was arrested and Charged with First-Degree Voyeerism for “Film (Ing) The Intimate Areas of Another Person… Without The Person’s Knowledge and Consent and Where They They have Reasonable Expectation of Privacy.”

The incident was reported June 13 at 4:47 pm at surf style indoor storage on 36th avenue in gulf shores, according to a police report.
ACCORDING TO THE REPORT, AN EMPLOYEE FOUND THE CAMERA UNDER THE SINK AND POINTED AT THE TOIALET. The camera was actively record. The Camera Was Apparently Located April 24 and Had Recorded Almost 30 Minutes of Video Before Being Discovered.
There was reportedly a video of Smith Setting the Camera Up and Making Sure It Was Angled the Way He Wanted It, The Report Said.
