(Reuters) – A São Carlos (Scar3) reported on Wednesday that it sold 19 properties, 15 centers of convenience and 4 street stores, from the Best Center, vertical of the company that acts mainly in the development and administration of convenience centers, for a real estate fund, for R $ 308.5 million.
The buyer is the TG Urban Master Income Real Estate Investment Fund, according to the company’s relevant fact.
The assets total about 45 thousand square meters of the Locable Gross Area (GLA). Of the total amount, R $ 228.6 million will enter the São Carlos Caixa and R $ 79.9 million will be paid in subordinate quotas from the Fund, according to a press release.
“The negotiation also gave the right to the best Center to get 90% of the future profit of the sale of real estate within the real estate fund,” he added. The Best Center will continue as the real estate administrator.
São Carlos also said it did not rule out the possibility of structuring new ones with the other assets of the best Center and the office segments.
After this transaction, the São Carlos Real Estate Asset Portfolio has 50 properties, with GLA having 304.3 thousand square meters and market value of R $ 3.1 billion.
