Title: The best stuff I ever had bought!!!
Review: Solid creatine—no bloat, no BS.”I’ve tried a few creatines before, and most of them made me feel bloated or heavy—this one? Clean. No bloating at all.I’ve been using it daily and the energy is steady, no spikes or crashes. Just that strong, ready-to-go feeling before a lift. Also—small win—but I love that the pouch is compact. Easy to toss in my gym bag without it taking up space or making a mess. Honestly, it just works. Simple, effective, no fluff.

Title: Good quality, works great, a fair bit overpriced
Review: I’ve used creatine for many years and tried several brands. This creatine quality is what I expect and am used to. It definitely works as it’s supposed to. Creatine is super safe and has been studied for a very long time. There are even studies showing that it’s helpful for cognitive reasons not just for your muscles. If you’re new to creatine, it gives you a little extra power when lifting weights among some other benefits. But if you don’t lift, this will not grow your muscles, lol.Creatine is easy to manufacture and every brand I’ve ever tried dissolves the same, tastes the same, and all are identical in other ways. This brand is too expensive. There are very good brands out there for a 1/2 the price, and a few good brands for 1/3 of the price (look for “bulk”). This is about $3 / oz. The brand I’m currently using which is available on Amazon is $0.81 / oz. There’s nothing special about this brand to make it so much more expensive. There are some other brands out there also charging more. It’s kinda like vitamin C or D, where most brands are good quality and the more expensive brands are just using marketing to make you think you’re buying premium, when there’s really no way to have different levels of quality. It’s either what it says it is, or it’s not that thing.

Title: GLP-1 DIETS AND MUSCLE LOSS?
Review: So, right out of the box I look at the labeling and where the product is made… no label deduct 1 star automatically. My trusted AI Copilot says “I couldn’t find specific information about where M04T LLC manufactures their creatine powder. However, many creatine supplements are produced in facilities that adhere to strict quality standards and certifications, such as cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FSSC 22000Bing research says”. The labeling makes no mention of cGMP either. So why take “Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder?” According to AI Copilot:”Enhanced Performance: It helps increase the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the primary energy source for high-intensity exercise. This can lead to improved performance in activities like weightlifting, sprinting, and other explosive movements”.”Increased Muscle Mass: Creatine can help increase muscle mass by boosting the formation of proteins that lead to muscle growth. It also increases the water content in muscle cells, which can make muscles appear larger and fuller”.”Improved Strength and Power: By increasing the availability of phosphocreatine in muscles, creatine helps in producing more energy during workouts, leading to greater strength and power”.”Faster Recovery: Creatine can aid in muscle recovery after intense exercise by reducing muscle damage and inflammation.””Convenience: Micronized creatine is a more refined form that dissolves better in liquids, making it easier to consume and reducing the chances of digestive discomfort.”So, I’m older and I am on a GLP-1 weight loss drug. From AI “While there’s no direct evidence that Creatine Monohydrate specifically interacts with GLP-1 weight loss drugs (like Ozempic or Wegovy), combining it with a healthy diet and exercise regimen could potentially complement your weight loss efforts by improving your workout performance and muscle recovery”. When asking AI about GLP-1 and muscle loss, here’s what came up… “Yes, GLP-1 (Glucagon-like peptide-1) drugs, such as Ozempic and Wegovy, can affect muscle mass. While these drugs are effective for weight loss, they can also lead to a loss of lean muscle mass. Research suggests that 20-30% of weight lost during a diet with GLP-1 drugs comes from muscle rather than fat alone. This is because the body sometimes uses muscle as a source of energy when losing weight”. So, that is why I’m taking Creatine. You should never take any supplement or OTC product without first consulting your physician. I’m hopeful this will aid in my weight loss exercise recovery and help not to lose muscle mass.

Title: Fair.
Review: So far, the use of this creatine powder seems to be good.30 servings are included in the pouch and it mixes easily in my drinks.I’m not too fond of the pouch – I think it would’ve been better if it was in a canister because I usually end up with some of the powder on my hands.Since it’s unflavored it doesn’t really have a taste (or a weird aftertaste) – which is good because it makes it easy to take! For the price, I think you have other options out there. There’s only 30 servings in this package and a simple search can yield you other products with double or triple the servings for only $5+.If you don’t mind paying more for the brand because of who’s sponsoring/endorsing it – sure, this is fine, but I think better options are available that will yield you the same results.
