Petrobras (Petr3;Petr4) was the largest winner of the 5th Union Oil Auction held on the morning of Thursday, 26, by the Petroleum (PPSA). The company got three of 7 bids, totaling 36.5 million barrels, of the 74.5 million made available to participants. The company took lots 1, 4 and 7.
In all, the dispute moved R $ 28 billion, amount R $ 3 billion above the expected PPSA.
The value will help to fatten public coffers, but will gradually enter as the oil load is delivered to the winners.
Petrochina, in partnership with the Mataripe Refinery, finished lots 5 and 6 – together, correspond to 10 million barrels of oil.
The pair even made the slightest disagreement ever seen in the PPSA auctions, offering a bid of $ 0.65 off barrel over the dated Brent barrel.
Galp, in partnership with Exxonmobil, got 14 million barrel lots 2, with a bid of $ 1.35 per barrel.

And Equinor finished lot 3, after playing the voice, and making an offer of $ 1.11 per barrel.
Next year
For next year, the expectation of PPSA is to be able to bid 100 million barrels and reach approximately R $ 37 billion in collection with the sale of the Union’s oil, according to PPSA CEO Luis Paroli. “Our perspective is to continue growing year by year in volumes.”
