Title: Great if you have a sensitive gut.
Review: I have a gut disease and can’t use the other more popular type. This type is easier to digest, absorb and the dose is less but the flavor is tart.Drink it fast then drink some juice.

Title: Sour, but effective additive to another drink for supplements
Review: Rather sour flavor. Add to something like a pre-workout or sports drink and it is tolerable but somewhat less noticeable on flavor. Dissolves in those drinks easily. Cost effective long lasting tub, which is the real reason I bought it compared to others. No bloat!

Title: Water soluble and tastes sour (normal for creatine HCl)
Review: This creatine HCl supplement is labeled as unflavored, but you should be prepared for it to taste sour. I checked online, and this sourness is normal because of the hydrochloride (HCl) component. One thing I noticed is that it’s much more water soluble compared to creatine monohydrate. I barely even needed to stir it 2 times with a spoon for it to dissolve completely. The price per gram of creatine is similar to other creatine HCl products on the market. Creatine monohydrate is the more economical option per gram, though it isn’t as water-soluble as creatine HCl. Also you will need to take a little more creatine monohydrate powder for the daily dose (as recommended from various articles). Of course, make sure you research creatine HCl and creatine monohydrate to make your own judgements.A single scoop of this product is a very small amount and provides 750 mg of creatine HCl. The container holds 225 grams, which comes out to 300 scoops. The label suggests taking 750 mg (one scoop) per 100 pounds of body weight. So, while the container claims to have 300 servings, most people will actually get significantly fewer servings out of the container in practice.I have been taking creatine monohydrate for a few months now, and this is my first time taking creatine HCl. It will take some time to notice results, and I am also at a maintenance phase, but I haven’t noticed any drop in my health and fitness since switching over. So I would say (based on my perceived experience) that there isn’t any difference to results you could expect between creatine monohydrate and creatine HCl, as long as you adjust the dosage appropriately.

Title: Good Creatine Powder – Serving Scoop is NOT a Gram
Review: Had a bit of a stronger odor than other creatines when I opened it, but that faded quickly. May have had something to do with the plastic container? The container is exactly like the plastic containers collagen, fiber, and whey come in.Taste is fine (faintly bitter as usual). It dissolves easily in warm water. I mix it with other things and it blends well. One scoop is NOT a gram, so measure accordingly. Most of us take a certain number of grams.I use it because of studies recommending creatine post-strength training for best muscle growth. I do have good muscle growth for an older woman doing light weight (<15lb) training 2-3x a week.I definitely feel that I have better results and better recovery using 3 gr creatine immediately after working out than I did before using it.

Title: Horrible Taste Makes It Impossible to Use
Review: I was genuinely looking forward to trying Nutricost Creatine HCl Powder, but the taste is unbearably bad. The sharp, chemical-like bitterness made it impossible for me to finish even a single serving.🤢 Taste and FlavorThe powder tastes extremely acidic and leaves an awful aftertaste. Mixing it into any drink did nothing to mask the strong chemical bitterness.🚫 UsabilityDue to the terrible taste, I couldn’t consistently take it as part of my workout routine, defeating the purpose entirely.⚠️ Overall ImpressionNo matter how beneficial this product might be, the taste alone makes it unusable for me. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product until they drastically improve the flavor.

Title: Very SOUR
Review: Purchased the unflavored and it is far from unflavored. Extremely sour and tart. No way to mix it with a chocolate or vanilla protein powder…. However, taken alone it seems to work well with far less stomach upset than the monohydrate types
