Title: Can’t go wrong trying it out at the price
Review: I’m usually a fan of nutricost products. They’re reasonably priced,quality and a good value. I’ve used the regular creatine powder a lot in the past so this was right up my alley. I appreciate that it’s only 100 mg of caffeine and thinks that’s plenty reasonable. I used to prefer a much higher stim pre workout, but at some point my tolerance up and changed so these days I prefer to keep it around 100 up to 160 or so tops. I also think if you prefer a higher amount of caffeine it would be easy enough to mix this with a bit of some other powder because the flavor was surprisingly decent. Grape flavors are usually hit or miss for me personally, but this has a good grape flavor with a bit of sweetness that isn’t overbearing. It also has a slight hit of sour to it which helps round the flavor out imo. It didn’t mess with my stomach or make me jittery. As far as the effects go, creatine always helps you get a few more reps in the gym and is so popular for a reason. I noticed some extra energy and think the other ingredients helped too. My only complaint would be that I wish they mixed some other ingredients into it to get a pump like l-citrulline and l-glutamine so it could be a one stop shop type of thing

The grape flavor is smooth and surprisingly pleasant—not too sugary or overly artificial—and the powder dissolves easily in cold water with just a quick stir or shake. No gritty texture, no clumps, and it goes down smoothly, which is more than I can say for a lot of other powdered supplements I’ve tried.In terms of effectiveness, I did notice a decent energy lift about 20–30 minutes after taking it. It wasn’t jittery like some pre-workouts, but more of a focused, clean boost. That said, I did experience mild headaches on the days I took it—something that doesn’t happen when I use plain creatine. That leads me to think one of the added energy components might not agree with me. If you’re sensitive to stimulants or blends, it might be smart to start with a smaller serving to test your tolerance.Overall, this product has a lot going for it: good flavor, excellent mixability, and a thoughtfully formulated combo that saves time and money. It’s vegan-friendly, third-party tested, and well-suited for people who want a quick, effective solution before workouts. I just wish the energy blend sat better with me. It’s worth trying—but maybe approach it cautiously if you’ve had issues with similar products in the past.

Title: Good if not for the headaches
Review: I got this and also the fruit punch flavor one. I don’t know what is in this that causes me a headache every time I drink it. I also have the straight creatine one, meaning same creatine ingredient but without all the other ingredients for energy. That version never gives me a headache. Flavor is good and everything else is fine in essence, but it seems I’m going to need to stop taking this one with the headaches that comes on.

Title: give me a nice, sustained boost of energy
Review: This creatine powder actually works for me. It gave me a nice, sustained boost of energy, without any jitters or adverse effects. I am sensitive to caffeine, and this did not give me the nausea that a heavy dose of caffeine usually gives me. It tastes like the kind of grape juice in a box that I used to have in my lunchbox as a kid; In other words, it is verging on too sweet for my taste, as adult me doesn’t really like things that are very sweet, but it doesn’t taste too bad, especially if you like juice boxes. I will continue to take it because it is effective, and works well to give me that boost of energy and focus to get me through the day. I also really like the fact that it is third-party lab tested, as many creatine products, when tested, do not contain the amount of creatine that they claim to. This product, being third-party tested, gives me peace of mind that I’m actually getting what they claim I’m getting.

Title: I Paired It With My Electrolyte Mix
Review: This blend from Nutricost, a name I already trust, is a different beast from your typical electrolyte mix. It’s more of a performance / energy enhancer than a hydration formula. But if your workout has you sweating buckets, I think it’ll make a great addition to your regular electrolyte mix and that’s exactly how I used it.I tested the taste with water only at first and found it to be refreshing. It dissolved easily and was a nice way to get my creatine down while adding in some energy. But just before my actual workout, I tossed in the electrolytes. IMHO, the combo really took my workout beverage to the next level.No headaches, no jitters, and I appreciate the peace of mind that comes from knowing what’s claimed to be in there is actually in there. Five stars.

Title: Tasty Grape Creatine Powder with Added Energy Boost
Review: I like this powder a lot for the taste and how well it dissolves in some cold water. Some creatine gummies or powders with flavoring taste generically fruity and sweet. You can’t tell the actual flavor without reading the label and even then you might not taste the flavor. This has a grape soda flavor that isn’t over the top. I use a third to double the water than called for and it is still nice.It also comes with an added energy mixture and cognitive boost mixture. I couldn’t really tell a difference or bump in cognitive or energy boost after a few days of use. Your mileage may vary and you may be able to perceive a benefit.My only reason for a star drop is how the container comes only half full. I prefer a container only as large as needed. That makes for less space wasted in your luggage or gym bag on trips overnight or just to the gym.No issues with nausea or stomach issues.
