Review: Right off, I can say that I think there is too much sweetener. I got the Fruit Punch variety and the smell is delicious. The taste is OK, but any fruity notes are overwhelmed by the Stevia sweetness. The sweetener produces a cloying, long-lasting aftertaste that I find unpleasant. I suppose they may be aiming at that part of the market that is used to overly sweet sodas or candies.Non-existent packaging is normal for an item like this. The bag itself is strong, well-sealed and re-closable. I kind of regret giving no stars for that category, but Amazon could put it in a box and THEN put it in a shipping container. Double-sure protected.I have read that creatine is one of the most researched and effective supplements on the market. Micronized Creatine Monohydrate can help make a huge difference in your endurance, power and strength, it said. The Amazon advertising says that this product helps to build muscle and recover faster from strenuous workouts.Micronized creatine is creatine that has been processed into tiny particles for better, faster absorption. However, studies as to whether or not micronized creatine does absorb faster are inconclusive. It does dissolve quickly into milk with no clumping. It dissolves quickly and easily, but not completely. A little residue remains at the bottom of my mug.I have also read that creatine monohydrate is one of the safest and most beneficial supplements on the market. The article said that micronized creatine is most efficacious when paired with high-intensity exercises, such as weight-lifting and sprinting. However, even sedentary people can derive massive benefits from taking micronized creatine.I’m not completely sedentary, but I’m not outrageously athletic either. At my age, I’m mostly interested in flexibility, smooth, tight skin, and clarity of thought, sight and hearing. The promised benefits of this substance seem to be very desirable.The Amazon advertising also says that Muscle Feast creatine is 99.9% PURE and that it is Made in Germany.Purity is good, but the manufacturing location doesn’t seem to be very important. Further, the Amazon ad copy states, “German creatine monohydrate helps increase maximum output for sports that require repeated bursts of power”. Is that so? What about French creatine? or USA-made? Details, please…Anyway, I’ve started taking this as an addition to my usual blend of collagen, aminos and protein. When I reach the bottom of the bag, I’ll be in a better position to judge whether or not it is worth the rather high cost. Right now, it seems to be WAY over-priced, and I read the same opinion in other reviews.

Title: Good creatine monohydrate powder in a more environmentally friendly bag.
Review: I’ve become a big believer in creatine monohydrate after a muscular 66-year-old friend of mine recommended it. At age 64 I find that creatine helps give me more energy and better weight-training workouts. In fact, I’m lifting more weight now that I’ve lifted in years. I like that this creatine comes in a bag that is more environmentally friendly than typical plastic bottles of creatine. Th bag has a scooper for a 400mg dose. But I think 500 mg is the right dose for a man, so I use a heaping scooper of it. It dissolves nicely in water. This is a good product at a reasonable price, so I’m giving it 5-stars.

Title: Good creatine powder.
Review: This powder is really good. I take it fifteen minutes before my workouts and definitely feel the added boost in energy during my workouts. It mixes very well and leaves no residue powder behind at all, it dissolves 100% in any liquid. It is flavorless and has no bad flavor at all. It comes with a measurable scoop inside so you can get the right dose, but I normally add a bit more to increase the recommended dosage. It has no negative impact at all and it is definitely worth it.
