Multiplan’s board of directors (MULT3) approved on Tuesday the repurchase of up to 10 million shares and the declaration of R $ 120 million in interest on equity (JCP), according to communications of the company disclosed to the market.
According to the relevant fact of Multiplan, the repurchase program will have a period of 12 months and provides for the possibility of using derivative instruments, such as swap contracts, structures with options and future referenced in the company’s actions.
In the case of JCP, payment will take place until June 30, 2026 for shareholders with a stock position on June 27, 2025, the shopping centers operator said in another relevant fact. The amount corresponds to about R $ 0.246 per share and uses part of the company’s profit reserve account balance.
