Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) determined on Wednesday (25) that former President Jair Bolsonaro’s lawyer, Paulo Cunha Bueno, and former advisor Fabio Wajngarten give testimony to the Federal Police (PF).

According to the PF, they would have approached the daughter and mother of the former Jair Bolsonaro orders, Mauro Cid to try to obtain information about the award-winning denunciation with the PF.
The PF investigation is based on information delivered by Cid’s defense.
According to the investigation, Wajngarten made “intense attempt to speak” with Cid’s wife, Gabriela Ribeiro Cid, and a minor daughter of the military.

Lawyer Luiz Eduardo Kuntz, defender of former Bolsonaro Assessor Marcelo Câmara, is also cited in the minister’s decision.

Last week, Kuntz asked the Supreme to cancel Mauro Cid’s denunciation after reporting that he talked to the military through social networks. At the time, he denied looking for Cid.
