Title: Creatine Plus…
Review: As a “pre-workout” I’m a little confused by this. Most folks do not work out daily but if they supplement with creatine, almost all take the supplement daily. Instead, I like to think of this as creatine with some mental clarity boost. It dissolves well, tastes neutral, and has not given me any stomach problems which I have had with other ketone products. I do think I get some productivity boost at work although the user should judge if it is worth the extra money compared to buying creatine alone. I’m happy but uncertain if it is for someone looking for the traditional caffeine buzz of a strong workout drink.

Review: A good pre workout powder. Mixes well and gives good energy to fuel your workout. Taste is not horrible and if you shake long enough it’s not gritty. I’d recommend to friends for sure.

Title: get the Gummies instead
Review: I wanted to like this product I really did, but the powder has such a terrible taste to it. I mix it with a smoothie. I could still taste it go for the Gummies instead they taste really good and you don’t have to mix them. You just eat them.

Title: Difficult to blend into my pre workout, but it is neutral flavored.
Review: I would have to agree that this is a pretty neutral flavor that doesn’t stand out in my drinks, but I also found it harder to dissolve than expected. It will sometimes seem to just float on top of my morning pre-workout instead of blending in. Even with a nice electric blender bottle.So if you don’t mind having some floating powder on your drink (I don’t mind that much, to be honest) give this a try.

Review: Love this creatine! No added flavor. I mix mine with yogurt and it’s very nice. I definitely note a difference in my ability to focus and my energy level with daily use. Very effective and the perfect dosage strength.

Title: Good pre-workout, best with juice.
Review: This creatine supplement blended well into both juice and coffee. I like that it was unflavored and unsweetened because that allows me to adjust it to my particular taste. I tried it in just water and do not recommend it that way. It give the plain water an off taste that needs disguised. It needs a flavor of some kind. I added juice to the plain water attempt and found that half water and half juice worked really well.This is a stimulant free pre-workout but I coupled mine with an energy drink as I prefer some caffeine with my pre-workout. I have been taking this for a couple weeks now daily. I take creatine for its added cognitive gains as well as a pre-workout and it does seem to be helping me get more out of my workouts. Its made in the U.S.A. Which is always a plus for me. Give it a shot.

Review: Always been a fan of nootropics, so a combo with pre workout is a no brainer for me, pun intended.Loving the caffeine free option for those who don’t like that over caffeine buzz after some pre workouts.So far so good, would recommend.
