Title: Bad flavor
Review: Bad flavor. Purchased this at a protein store in the past many times but they no longer carry is so went to Amazon. Although then name, flavor and brand are the same- the texture and taste are very different than previous products. I won’t be able to drink this alone, it will have to be a smoothie powder since the taste is gross with just water or almond milk. Wish I would return because it’s not that same quality but will have to keep and make do because of the return policy.

Review: I like this shake I tried many proteins meal replacement shakes, I do suggest you follow the steps in how to drink it, it does show better improvement I use it for a meal replacement which works and keeps me full and as well as a after work out, I saw after results then just using it as a meal replacement, I honestly can say the flavor not really fond of it, I prefer chocolate now that taste really good, I won’t buy the vanilla again. The protein shake would work better for weight loss if you follow the directions on how to use it, it gives you many ways, I did purchase again chocolate flavor though. I have been seeing great results, I don’t like my shakes thick honestly this shake I drink with simply almond and it taste great, and for after work I use water, works well either ways
