Title: Really Good!
Review: This is a really good, high quality protein powder. The product mixes well and tastes very good. The nutritional content is stellar; 30 grams and only 200 calories. Definitely a winner. It’s somewhat expensive, but I think you get what you pay for and this is a premium product. If you’re interested in something other than the typical, this may be a protein powder worth checking out. I’d recommend. Thanks!

Title: Grass Fed Whey
Review: This shake fits perfectly with low-carb and keto diets, and I appreciate that it gives me full without any heavy or bloated feeling. The taste is quite good – rich and chocolatey – but there is a slight aftertaste, which is pretty typical when l Stevia is used as the sweetener. It’s nothing too overpowering, but worth mentioning if you’re sensitive to it. Overall, a clean well formulated option that I’ll definitely keep in my rotation.

Title: Tasty Whey, Affordably Priced
Review: The majority of supplements that claim to be be an “All-in-One” tend to be overly priced and full of an insane amount of fillers that are bad for your bod! That’s not the case with LTH’s powdered protein and here’s why:- With the ability to mix smoothly into any type of liquid you throw its way (milk being my personal favorite), no clumping here is what you can be sure of.- Taste is pretty good and doesn’t come off overly sweet, with little to no aftertaste experienced on my end.- Priced high but still relatively low (considering all the benefits it provides), you get what you pay for and this product fits that motto to a T.Providing results that can be seen, with a taste that is superior to the leading brands, LTH’s grass-fed whey protein is all one could ask for in a supplement! Easily a 5-star product through and through!

Title: Nice chocolate taste, but a bit pricey.
Review: I have been using whey off and on for decades and this is one of the better tasting ones I’ve tried. I’ve heard that the vanilla flavor is a bit off, but the chocolate tastes good to me so far. I have been putting them in with Kodiak pancake mix and making high protein waffles/pancakes, yum.The whey itself mixes up easy and doesn’t clump more than other brands I’ve tried. My only gripe is that it is a bit on the higher end side price wise, but that might be ok if it fits your needs like me. I am very picky with whey because of a mild lactose intolerance and this whey doesn’t send me right to the bathroom so just that justifies the price for me.8/10 I would recommend them. I hope this review is helpful.

Title: Good ingredients but strong after taste
Review: The LTH Build Whey & All-in-One Chocolate Mix seems to be a quality protein/meal shake. I like that it doesn’t have a lot of sugar. I tried it as the directions stated with the two scoops and water and found the chocolate flavor to be pretty good but the after taste to be pretty bad. I think if you’re used to the plant derived sweeteners, you might not mind the after taste. I also tried mixing it into other things like yogurt and coffee and found it more tolerable.

Title: Build’s Got Talent
Review: The early reviews of Build dietary supplement by LTH seem to be “mixed” as to aftertaste and chocolatiness. I’m no connoisseur in such matters, but I don’t taste any aftertaste. I mix Build according to the directions in a Vitamix with whole milk, a banana sometimes, and a little ice, and what I do taste is a health drink on par with your average chocolate milkshake. And it does mix well. It’s not the cheapest 30g of whey out there, but it’s grass-fed and I figure I’m also getting a decent-sized multi-vitamin for my buck. In fact I’m thinking about going on a vitamin holiday, using just Build, and see how I feel in a few weeks. For now, if I had a Golden Buzzer, I’d press it in regard to Build’s performance.

Title: Protein powder with higher carbs and fat than others, but somewhat better tasting
Review: This product has a nice chocolatey taste that I like, with a hint of what I might call a “malt” flavor, though I see no malt on the ingredient list. It has quite a bit of fat and carbs compared to others I’ve had, and undoubtedly those are a consequence of ingredients that provide the rich taste. As a result, for 30g of protein it has 200 calories, much higher than the 135-150 calories in other products delivering the same amount of protein. That’s OK with me only if the product delivers an additional benefit in taste, nutrition, or cost. I give it a small plus for taste. It does contain a laundry list of vitamins and nutrients, and a larger dose appears for one of them — potassium — which is very important for my particular health needs. As for the cost, it’s about the same as the others.The product I received had a freshness date about 14 months in the future. The container was taller than I like, 3/4″ too high for a convenient pantry shelf. At least it wasn’t too much taller than necessary, as it was about 80% full — I’ve had other oversize ones (which I call “macho large”) that were only 60% full. The supplied scoop was pretty accurate, providing 29g of powder vs the 1/2-serving size of 26g when perfectly filled (no voids) and leveled with a straight edge.

Title: Not just whey, low cal meal replacement.
Review: Having in mind that it is more a meal replacement than just whey protein I can say that it has an acceptable flavor, some of the flavors of the ingredients come through and can make someone that’s sensitive to these tastes not like the overal product. In my experience it is very acceptable, soecially because they achieved a very very creamy texture, and this is something I’m seeing more often fortunately.This product is made with the finest ingredients and with a balanced amount of micronutrients with the objective of being a healthy meal replacement.In my case I’m reaching the latest stages of cutting, so to reach that single digit fat percentage I need to cut calories while avoiding muscle loss. This product helps me to do that as I can be sipping tehough the day and have a constant flow of protein in my body.I’m satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone needing a clean source of highly bioavailable protein.
