The revelation made by Marc Benioff took place during an interview with the Bloomberg. He pointed out that Salesforce is accelerating the use of AI in workload automation and technology is already responsible for 30 to 50% of work.
He defended the company’s position, highlighting the importance of the initiative:
We all need to understand this idea that AI can do things we did before and that we can advance to do a job of higher value.

The executive also called the rise of the “digital revolution of labor” and revealed that the company reached a 93% accuracy level in the application of technology. It describes performance as “very good,” but says it is “realistic” and not expect 100%accuracy.
Investment in AI and layoffs
