HOUSTON, Texas (KIAH) — Residents at the Dabney Apartments in Kashmere Gardens said they’ve been living without power for more than two weeks, and there’s still no clear timeline for when electricity will be restored. The complex, located near Liberty Road, sent out a letter promising repairs by Saturday night, but neighbors tell CW39 news partner KTRK that the lights are still out.
