All about ELON MUSK
ELON MUSK It is a very unusual figure, so as not to say controversy. And as if there was no lack of subject, the billionaire is involved in a new discussion, now about whether or not he uses computer. A case that ended up in court.
Calm down, let’s explain better. It turns out that the businessman’s lawyers claimed that he “does not use computer” in a lawsuit related to the process against Sam Altman and the Open. However, several photos show Musk alongside their notebook in recent months.
Discussion involves US Justice
- Elon Musk and his artificial intelligence startup Xai sued OpenAi in February 2024.
- The action claims that the company committed a breach of contract by abandoning its agreement to develop an AI “for humanity benefit”, choosing to “maximize Microsoft’s profits.”
- However, the creator of ChatgPT stated that the billionaire is that it did not fully comply with the agreed.
- As part of the process, South African lawyers have informed the courts that they will send all customer search histories on their mobile phone, but that they do not use a computer.
- In response, OpenAi accused the entrepreneur of hiding important documents for case analysis.

After all, musk uses or not computer?
According to the portal WiredSeveral X (former Twitter) employees said that although the entrepreneur works mainly on his cell phone, he occasionally also uses a notebook. To make matters worse the South African situation, there are several old photos of it using computer.
In December 2024, for example, Musk posted a photo on his social network with a caption that starts: “This is a picture of my laptop.” The post, made in response to a 15 -minute broadcast from a game from the Diablo video game series, says he was “testing the streaming Starlink.”
This is a pic of my laptop. It’s About 3 Years Old. A Guy in Germany Gave Me This Cool Sticker, so i Don’t Want to Upgrade It and Lose the Sticker. pic.twitter.com/wjzbhpkus8

The billionaire also made more recent references to what seems to be the same equipment. In May 2025, he published that he was still using the former laptop with the Adhesive of the Government Efficiency Department (Doge) made by a fan.
Several other posts show Elon Musk actually using computers. Probably this information will be used by OpenAI in the process. Let’s wait for the court decision on the matter.
