Title: Good Ingredients, Good flavor
Review: The Vitauthority Creatine blend tastes pretty good to me. I have followed a “most of the time” Ketogenic diet for the past 12 years, so my taste buds are more sensitive to sweetness.This supplement mixed well for me into room temp water with a battery powered blender stick.I added ice and really enjoy the flavor, it’s sweet followed by tart.I think it could be used to create a nice smoothie drink also.I didn’t experience any bad after taste.I like that it’s made with non-gmo ingredients and includes the goBHB ketone bodies. I’ve never used added ketones before so it will be interesting to see if my ketones are higher upon testing.The monohydrate form of creatine is what I’ve seen most recommended so I’ll have to trust that this truly will be bioavailable and useful.I like that this product includes ingredients found in my electrolytes.I’m 69 years old and have always worked to control my dietary habits and keep my weight low (my mother had suffered with diabetes).I have read that creatine can cause weight gain, I personally hope that won’t be the case with me.Most of my exercise comes from gardening, housekeeping and a pedal machine so hopefully this supplement will help with muscle building.A product like this takes time to truly evaluate the actual results, I’ll update my review if I see significant results.I’m happy to try this and would recommend it based on the taste and ingredient list.

Title: Strong scent/flavor but not bad
Review: Before I even opened this creatine powder I could definitely smell the raspberry scent – not bad, just strong. After opening it was of course even stronger. The directions say to mix one scoop with water but I don’t love flavored water, so I went with mixing it into a green smoothie – banana, pineapple, spinach, and dates I soaked in boiling water for 10 mins. I could definitely taste the raspberry added in, but again it wasn’t bad. I think it would be better with some sort of berry smoothie. I have noticed grittiness with other creatines and did not notice that here. I am only docking one star for the strength of the flavor/scent. I was pleased it listed both a manufacture and best by date on the package.

Title: Wife Approved
Review: The only creatine I can get my wife to take! She doesn’t like the grittiness of most creatine powders but this doesn’t seem to have any – or at least it’s highly disguised with the strong flavor. The flavor being from ‘natural flavors’ is the only main downside. I like that it’s sweetened with stevia, and the ketones and coffee fruit extract are a unique twist! The magnesium and calcium are a great addition, I just wish they’d add potassium to round out the electrolytes. With the other ingredients other than pure creatine, it is only 2.5g per scoop and I aim for 10g a day for the mental benefits.

Title: Mostly good things……
Review: This raspberry-flavored creatine powder by Vitauthority has some really great ingredients! I like that it is Monohydrate creatine, also that it has ketones, no sugar and no nasty sweeteners like aspartame and another that is just as toxic and similar. Awesome that it has stevia and organic monk fruit. I do not like that it has caffeine, I am very sensitive to that, and really hate that it has added calcium. We were pretty much all brought up into thinking that it us great to supply with calcium, it us better to just get ut from your natural food/ diet intake, and if you do supplement, you must make sure your Vitamin D leveks are high to absorb it properly, because uf anyine does their due diligence and researches, there are very serious consequences of over-supplementation of calcium! It can cause kidney stones, and worse, build up in blood vessels and be detrimental for heart and brain, can cause heart disease and strokes, this info is easily found and this has become an issue with many people. Other things I take issue with are the very artificial taste! Even with dressing it up, I can not get past it, it’s very prevalent!! Lastly is the plastic container and the $45.00 pricetag is excessive!! And why not put on tax-free, and cheaper, paoer or cardboard container. Still too early to tell any diffeence I guess, with muscle mass or better cognitive function.

Title: Tasty Boost for Focus & Energy
Review: This creatine powder has become my go-to for mental clarity and workout recovery—the raspberry flavor is just sweet and it blends well in water or smoothies. Review: This is an interesting formula. It’s not just creatine, but also includes electrolytes and ketones. The flavor is good, however two scoops at one time is a little sweet for my taste. That’s not a big deal, because I can have it spread out over the day. It’s sort of interesting that I just recently watched a video about creatine being more easily absorbed when it’s combined with electrolytes. The guy in the video was saying that he didn’t know of any brands that were combining creatine with electrolytes, but I managed to find some. I’m happy to have found this.

Title: Tastes ok but a little pricy
Review: The Vitauthority raspberry creatine powder has a decent taste overall. There is a slight aftertaste, but nothing horrid. The powder mixed pretty completely for me just by aggressively stirring it into room temperature water, so that was a pleasant surprise. It’s made in the USA which may give some consumers a little more piece of mind. Overall the ingredients seem pretty good and the taste is pleasant, but the price is a little more than most of the other creatine supplements I have bought recently.
