Title: I enjoyed the flavor!
Review: The Vitauthority Creatine blend tastes pretty good to me. I have followed a “most of the time” Ketogenic diet for the past 12 years, so my taste buds aren’t used to much sweetness.This supplement mixed well for me into room temp water with a battery powered blender stick.At first, I tasted the sweetness which was quickly followed by a tart taste. I’m reviewing the pineapple/coconut version. I added ice and sipped slowly and enjoyed the “pina colada” vibe. I think it could be used to create a nice smoothie drink.I didn’t experience any bad after taste.I like that it’s made with non-gmo ingredients and includes the goBHB ketone bodies. I’ve never used added ketones before so it will be interesting to see if my ketones are higher upon testing.The monohydrate form of creatine is what I’ve seen most recommended so I’ll have to trust that this truly will be bioavailable and useful.I like that includes ingredients found in my electrolytes.I’m 69 years old and have always worked to control my dietary habits and keep my weight low. I have heard that creatine can cause weight gain, I personally hope that won’t be the case with me.Most of my exercise comes from gardening, housekeeping and a pedal machine so hopefully this supplement will help with muscle building.A product like this takes time to truly evaluate the actual results.I’m happy to try this and would recommend it.

Title: Creatine drink powder
Review: I’ve been working out more regularly, so have been looking into taking Creatine more regularly recently. This Creatine drink mix seemed like a good solution, especially since it can be dissolved directly into water, and I was happy to see some additional Calcium and Magnesium included in the nutrition as well. Each order comes in a plastic container with a screw on lid, and includes a plastic scoop inside with the powder that can be used to measure out each serving.I got the Pineapple Coconut flavor and first measured out a 1.5 scoops into a glass of cold water and tried to mix with a spoon, but unfortunately got a number of clumps so used a milk frother instead which helped! Unfortunately the drink mix by itself didn’t taste great – it was still pretty grainy and more sour than sweet. I tried instead to blend mix it into a fruit smoothie later in the day which helped a lot, but unfortunately don’t think that many could drink this mix by itself in water. In terms of effectiveness, I have found that I’m less sore post-workout over the past week since drinking this, but I wish it was easier/quicker to get it in a drink format that I could take.

Review: I’m trying Vitauthority Creatine+ primarily for exercise performance, workout and muscle recovery. I add one scoop to 8oz. of room temp water to my shaker bottle and gave it a good shake for 20 seconds. It didn’t mix well when stirred, but using a shaker bottle dissolved all the powder easily. I prepare it before my workout and refrigerate it as recommend on the container to drink after my workout. I’m using the Pineapple Coconut flavor which has a somewhat sour taste. There’s 60 scoops per 13.9oz container, is non GMO, contains no artificial sweeteners or artificial colors or dyes. It’s advertised as “Creatine Monohydrate Powder for Women” but I don’t see that stated on the actual container. Hoping for good results.

Title: Good Supplement
Review: Although I typically prefer flavorless, I appreciated the tang of the pineapple flavor. I am not usually a fan of the artificial flavors, but this one was ok. I did use a little mini blender to blend it with the water as it was a tiny bit clumpy. I’m sure a shaker would work fine or just stirring a little more vigorously . I have used similar brands and this one provided me the same affect as the others I have tried. Would definitely purchase again !

Review: My jar had a faulty safety seal. Went to open it and there was already powder all over the lid inside. The safety/freshness/tamper proof seal over the jar must have been applied wrong. There was a gap where the powder had escaped. Per the instructions (and my own standards) I threw it away.

Review: At one scoop in 16oz of water, I found the taste almost exactly what I was hoping for. It is slightly salty due to the ketones. I would prefer 5g of creatine per scoop. But 2.5 is probably correct for women. And this can be corrected by using 2 scoops, or taking twice per day. I found the price to be on the high side. No doubt this is due to having multiple trademarked supplements.

Title: Nice, reasonable dose with coffee fruit extract too!
Review: I usually like my creatine plain but I don’t mind that this has coffee fruit extract as CognatiQ, which works nice pre-workout. This has a nice pineapple coconut flavor and some steviol and organic monk fruit to help the taste. I mix this into my smoothies because I don’t like powders in plain water. What I really like is that this is 5g of creatine, no crazy large doses! This has no artificial colors or sweeteners and is non-GMO! It’s also made in the US and I think the price is more than fair for the quality and the fact that this is a TWO-MONTH SUPPLY! That’s only 22 dollars per month, great value!

Title: This Creatine Is Awesome
Review: The pineapple coconut flavor is amazing to find! I also tried the raspberry and will say that the raspberry flavor is stronger, and so I do prefer that one, but finding pineapple coconut flavor in a powder is such a treat and you can’t go wrong with this flavor. The ingredients in this creatine go way beyond just plain creatine…why buy plain creatine when I can get added minerals and caffeine with this, plus great flavor?! I’m happy to have found this brand.
