Title: IT WORKS!
Review: First, I’m not sure if you’ve ever tried Creatine, but it can carry a slight medicinal taste. It isn’t strongly pronounced, but it is almost non-existent with this brand.I have to say that, of all the supplements that I use, perhaps more than I should, this single substance is easily the most effective of them all. I happen to experience heavy and persistent brain fog following significant head trauma. Between this and a bit of Caffeine+L-Theanine, I stay relatively clear for hours with no crash.Further, nothing off the shelf makes as much difference in my ability to pick up weight and boost strength as does Creatine. Nothing. Other supplements make a difference, but this the base.This one is a winner at a great price!

Review: This is Creatine Mono, 5mg/servings at 90 servings per container (currently a pretty good deal at $15). The listing has a confusing image stating it contains caffeine, beet root, etc, but the product is actually just the Creatine Mono.It comes in a plastic tub with a screw on cap, and a scooper (for the 5mg dose) is included. The powder is super fine, like powder sugar, and it mixes pretty well. It has little to no taste, same as any other creatine I have used over the years. Title: Flavorless Creatine that dissolves very well
Review: I initially started taking creatine monohydrate to help boost my performance for weight lifting as a beginner. I noticed a significant improvement in how I feel lifting after taking 5g of this after 3 days (the preloading period in which your body becomes saturated with creatine is estimated to be 2 weeks of taking 5g/day). Not only am I able to lift more, it is mentally easier for me to get started. My mind is able to focus a bit more sharply too. I’ve read some of the studies on creatine (mainly just the abstracts haha) and the health benefits to muscle strength and improved brain function are well documented. The only drawback is the potential for upset stomach and bloating (which I’ve experienced in the beginning of my saturation period of 5g/day but my stomach quickly acclimates to it after a 1-2 days).This specific Sense of Nature branded creatine monohydrate dissolves well in water and is flavorless; both big positives in my book. You get 90 servings and it is a good value for the price.Overall, this is a fantastic product and everyone should take creatine monohydrate for overall muscle health and improved ability to focus.

Title: Flavorless and easy to use
Review: Compared to the last creatine powder I tried it, this brand seems to dissolve better in fluids (not as much grit left over). The 5 gram scoop (included) also feels a bit larger. Maybe it is less dense, which would explain why it mixes better in fluids. It has absolutely no flavor, which is great. I also prefer the screw top container to bags, since you don’t get it all over your hand while scooping. It would be nice if the container explained cycling use and rest times to customers, but feel free to Google a schedule for best results.

Review: Creatine monohydrate is one of the greatest, if not the greatest, performance supplements ever created. It has the backing of scientific research to support its efficacy. Anecdotally, I can personally attest to its effectiveness.I experience greater endurance, stamina, muscle gain, and even improved cognitive functioning.Speaking specifically of this product, put simply, it delivers. I both feel (energy) and see (muscle hypertrophy) its results.Lastly, for the generous amount of servings you get, the price is right. I highly recommend.
