Review: I received the Creatine Monohydrate Gummies for Men & Women (5g per serving, Sugar-Free, Vegan, Blueberry Electrolyte Chews, 135 Count) from the Nutragogo store for free through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for my honest review.Always looking to level up our health routine, I picked these up for my wife as a more palatable alternative to the giant horse-pill creatine tablets we’ve both been choking down for a while. These gummies are a welcome change.Right out of the gate, the texture and flavor are solid, not overly sweet, with a decent blueberry taste that doesn’t have that weird artificial aftertaste you sometimes get with supplements. We liked them enough to try the other flavor too.Each serving delivers a full 5g of creatine monohydrate, which is the standard, research-backed dose for athletic performance, muscle recovery, and energy output during workouts. The fact that it’s also sugar-free, vegan, and has added electrolytes makes it even better for recovery and hydration support.We’ve only been using them for a short time, so it’s too early to comment on any big performance changes. But from a convenience standpoint, these gummies are a win. Title: Good Taste & Texture
Review: This is definitely a pleasant way to take your creatine. The gummies have a great berry flavor, without being oversweet. There’s also no grittiness or weird textures. They eat like a candy gummy. You need to take three each day, which is reasonable. There’s only 10 calories in three gummies, which is reasonable. Overall, I like them and can recommend them.My only reservation is the company. These are made by Nutragogo, a company that I’m not familiar with. Google didn’t turn up any results either. So hopefully these have the advertised supplement ingredients, but I would love to see some independent testing to verify the ingredients and the dose.

Title: Not just for weight lifting any more.
Review: Everybody’s different. For me, Creatine Monohydrate has always been a major player in vastly improved weightlifting prowess. I mean profoundly different. I had gotten away from it for a lot of years–and primarily because of creatine bloat–and the necessity of those extra large, 5-6 capsules. There was a slight dizziness as well. Got tired of it. Happily, these gummies give me the benefits without the side effects. I don’t lift like I used to, but my work is often very physically demanding in the freight world. I have noticed a willingness within me to attack very heavy pallets, and move them with power. This is the new me, not the old one. Also, what prompted my return was the gathering body of evidence of other creatine benefits. Brain function, heart health and muscle preservation are some of the biggies. I encourage you to read up.

Title: A practical presentation for this supplement
Review: These gummies are soft, easy to eat and with a slightly acid but nice flavor, it is a practical way to have this supplement almost anywhere instead of have to dissolve a powder. It is too soon to see results but it is good to know they are manufactured, tested and bottled in a certified facility and there is a satisfaction support warranty. The product is sealed with lot number and expiration date printed in the bottle. The serving quantity is 3, maybe it could be more convenient to have the required dosage in a single gummy instead.

Title: great flavor, and I like the included electrolytes
Review: I love gummies as a way to take supplements, and this seems like a particularly good one. The flavor is a strong orange (kind of a tangerine/manderin flavor) which is really good and a change from what I’m used to. The gummies are also in a fun berry shape with a good texture.These supply creatine, which is on my S-tier of supplements. Personally I think it has made a big difference for me.It also adds electrolytes, which works out really well for me. I live in a hot climate where it is currently around 105 F most days and I sweat a lot. Keeping up with my electrolytes is kind of a challenge, so getting a boost with my creatine is actually really helpful.I’ve tried several creatine gummies and this might be my favorite. Reccommended!

Title: Delicious, but the lid is shedding black stuff
Review: These have a delicious citrus flavor, they smell amazing and I don’t even mind that I have to take three entire gummies for a single dose, but the lid is of such poor quality that it is shedding! This weird flaky black stuff was all over the rim of the jar and it’s on the gummies, too. $30 for only 45 days’ worth of creatine is steep to begin with, but it doesn’t even buy you a good quality container.

Title: Yummy yummy creatine gummy!
Review: There was no shrink wrapping, but the product did come with a tamper proof cap seal which made me feel very comfortable. The gummies were very tasty and easy to chew and swallow. I have always used creatine powder for a drink mix. This was messy and annoying, but I loved how creatine made me feel before a run. Creatine was very noticeable for me in the boost of energy I got during a run or workout. These gummies are so much easier than powder and also contain some additional nutrients including 100mg of vitamin C. These gummies are a “no brainer” to add to a pre-workout regiment.
