Title: Easy To Take
Review: My wife and I both supplement with creatine for lifting performance purposes. We typically do 5g daily, and have tried a variety of forms (powders, pills, gummies, and liquid). We ordered these in the strawberry flavor and both really enjoy them. I find gummies to be the easiest form to take, since you don’t need anything to mix it into, nor do you have to swallow large pills.These are very soft and easy to chew. The taste is great; it’s genuinely like little candies and there is no gritty texture or bitter aftertaste, like other gummies I’ve tried. It’s a good price for gummies, considering you get 45 days of creatine at a 5g dose. These are less that $25 with coupon at time of writing this review, so it’s about fifty cents per day. Definitely more expensive than powder, but pretty standard price for gummies. When comparing price to other gummies, make sure to account for dose per gummy. Several of the other brands I’ve tried require 4 gummies for the same 5g dose, which can skew the perceived price if you’re not paying attention.Overall, these are some of the best texture and best tasting creatine gummies I’ve tried. If you’re averse to powders, this is a legit option!

Title: Very soft and tasty. And not sugary or too sweet.
Review: These were actually very good tasting.They were also very soft and they were not overpowering with sugar as some are…They actually do give you a lot in the jar and they do work and priced very well….I’ve tasted a lot of different creatine gummies and I got to say this is on the top of my list as far as taste and price.And while they do work,They are not the strongest,But are more than sufficient for doing the job and doing it well and are priced well for consumers who don’t want to spend a lot..

Title: Raspberry flavored Creatine gummies
Review: This item shipped and arrived fast. These raspberry flavored Creatine gummies are very convenient and easy to use. I like the fact that they are in a flavored gummy form verse powdered Creatine. The gummies seem to be just as effective as the powered and mono hydrate forms I have used for years. The taste is very good and you get other vitamins and minerals with these. The serving size recommends 3 gummies before work out but I only use 2 by preference. My work outs feel just as effective and the Creatine seems to pull the water into my muscles just as good as other products that I have used. The cost was fair for 135 count. I rated this item 5 stars.

Title: Not my favorite
Review: As I have been taking creatine monohydrate for a while now, and have used various forms from capsules and powders to gummies. Gummies and capsules do tend to be convenient, and for me capsules are preferable of the two primarily as it contains no added sugars. While these do not contain sucrose they do contain maltitol, a sugar alcohol, with it’s own adverse effects like increased gas and even diarrhea for some especially if consumed in high enough volume. That brings me to another point. I have had capsules and gummies that provided 5 grams in two servings while you need to eat three of these for that dosage, so you are eating more maltitol compared to a brand using it that requires only two gummies. The taste is OK, but it does have that odd “sugar substitute” flavor especially initially. These also contain a lot of unnecessary vitamins while I prefer just creatine with as little added as possible. Last, I am always a bit leery of Chinese manufactured supplements with the many stories of unexpected contaminants ending up in the supplements. I will likely discontinue using these (no adverse effects) based on all of the above and use something more to my liking.

Title: A lot easier than mixing powder
Review: Chewing three of these gummies on my way to the gym is so much easier than having to spend time mixing my standard creatine powder in juice or water. Besides the standard 5 gram dose they also contain other supplements like calcium, potassium, vitamin c, magnesium, zinc and more. The blueberry flavor is also a plus… when I’m hungry it’s kind of a challenge for me not to eat more than three of these a time. They’ve managed to sustain my energy level while I’m working out so I’m satisfied with them so far. The jar provides you with a 45-day supply, rather than the standard 30-day supply a lot of the other creatine gummy products do, and the price is competitive. So far I’ve had good results with these.
