Review: This review is for a strawberry flavored creatine gummy. This is a gummy with a good texture and easy to chew. Not too tough but not too dense either. Dissolves fairly well and leaves just a little in the teeth to pick out. The flavor is strawberry and it’s a light fruity taste. Kind of sweet. The dosage information is a little off though. I read where it says take 2 but then i also read 3 but not to exceed the dosage so I’m confused if i should take 2 or 3. Maybe a little more clarification on how much is in each gummy so I can correctly dose what i need based on my physical needs versus a generalized person

Review: Great flavor and chewy! Does leave small bits that stick to your teeth so I recommend chewing thoroughly. Doesn’t upset my stomach or anything. But I’m not sure they’re very effective, unfortunately. I’ve taken other brands in the past both pill and powder form with noticeable immense pumps during workouts. I went as far as taking 3 gummies a day sometimes 4 with still no changes during workouts or physical activities. Great flavor and packaging, but I won’t be ordering again.

Review: I weighed these with a scientific scale that goes to the thousandth of a gram. I got 6.035 g for 2 of them (the serving size).That 6.035 grams claims to contain 5 grams of creatine and 1 gram of BCAAs.And that’s just the active ingredients. Not to mention the actual gummy substance that makes it a gummy, and sweet, and flavored.I’m calling bull.

Two a day, tastes less like berries unless they are made of plastic!I’d guess it takes a while to build up the creatine levels in the body, and probably not even then see or feel any different?I’m told by a Doctor that, yes, it’s a good idea for your health & recovery from exercise, so I’m going to keep on them. Used to the slightly weird taste now

Review: These products are totally fraudulent. The prescribed dosage is 2 gummies, 2 gummies weigh 6g and are supposed to provide 5g creatine, 1 g bcaa’s. Yet they also contain a load of gelatine and flavourings- it is therefore not possible. This means these are simply expensive sweeties! Shame on you Amazon for not quality checking your products. I have claimed a full refund, you should do the same.
