Title: Dissolves in juice
Review: Unknown whether it works or not, but dissolves okay in juice. Recommended by physical therapist for husband just out of several weeks in hospital and needing to regain some strength and muscle. Read the reviews and since there are a number of different “brands”, just chose this one for price and size to see if Creatine will help. This is not the brand the therapist uses himself, but didn’t see the need to buy the most expensive one the first time. The therapist is in his 30’s and a long-distance runner, and my husband is in his 80’s, so building muscle is totally different for the 2 men.

Review: Pretty good quality, very fine powder. It mixes well in warm and cold water, and I haven’t noticed any bloating after taking it. I’ve been taking it for a while, and I like the way it blends and mixes.

Review: …odorless, tasteless, dissolves [eventually] in water. But not poisonous. Good stuff. My husband and I mix this into our post-workout shakes, so dissolubility is not important for us. We haven’t experienced any bloating, though we’re not entirely new to consuming creatine. This container is a great value for the price!

Title: You get an awful lot for the money!
Review: Creatine is the most tested, examined and studied muscle/exercise supplement around, and it works. It is the only supplement I’ll take. Your body uses Creatine and although you can (and do) get Creatine from the food you eat, it is almost impossible to eat enough food to give you the amount you need to see results.The standard dosage is 5 grams (5000mg) daily. There are many ways to take Creatine. It is available in the form of capsules, liquid, even gummies and, of course, dry powder that you mix with the liquid of your choice.The advantage to taking it in powder form is that it is you get the most for your money. I take this every day; sometimes in coffee, sometimes in juice and sometimes just in an 8oz glass of water. It dissolves easily and is tasteless.Make sure to talk to your doctor before taking Creatine. Your Dr. will know what your general health is like and what medications you take. Creatine doesn’t interfere with any meds that I know of, but I’m not a medical doctor.The can gives you 500mg of Creatine… that’s almost enough for a third of a year! I guarantee taking Creatine powder is way cheaper than getting it in any other form. The LIVEGIS Creatine powder is an excellent buy, and I will do so again!

Title: Excellent Workout Supplement
Review: For those who have never tried creatine before, I highly suggest you do some research on it first, before you buy. Most people who take creatine do it wrong and expect expect more than it’s going to deliver.That being said, here are the things that matter. The product has no off flavors and is very neutral. While it doesn’t dissolve particularly well, it’s no more grainy than other creatine monohydrate powders I’ve tried. The value is great, being one of the cheaper creatine monohydrate powders I’ve found.The product seems to work just as I’d expect. Water weight gain seemed pretty normal during my loading phase. During the same period I had a slightly off stomach, but again, nothing outside the normal. In summary, It’s creatine. It’s hasn’t been adulterated with bs ‘special additives’ that promise magical results. It does what it says on the tin, at a good price, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Title: Works well, easy to use, blends into water fairly well, affordable
Review: Creatine can get expensive. This is a good value and seems to work just as well as more expensive versions I’ve tried. It doesn’t completely dissolve in cold water quickly, which is a bit annoying, as it can be a tad gritty. But if you leave it in there long enough it does dissolve fully.I’d suggest mixing it with water the night before you need it, so in the morning it is fully dissolved. Maybe make a slurry of it!
