Individuals and legal entities that are Caixa customers can already pay off debts for the bank’s digital channels, with discounts of up to 90%. The institution launched the Tudo in 2025 campaign and already accepts negotiations through the website and the Box Cards app.
According to Caixa, 5.8 million customers – 5.3 million individuals and 476,000 companies, who are responsible for a total of 8.5 million contracts – can regularize the situation with the bank. More than 85% of them can settle debts by paying up to $ 2,000.
Also according to the bank, in lottery houses customers have access to special conditions to settle debt of up to R $ 5,000. Just enter the CPF number for consultation.
