Title: Best tasting protein on the market
Review: Absolute best tasting protein on the market. I use as both post workout and breakfast (2 scoops/ice/water — blend. I also add PB2, if it’s your jam.) This is generally on the expensive side, but worth it. Mixes well in a shaker bottle, but works best with some type of whisk ball/device (if you don’t go the blender route).

Title: Awesome stamina!
Review: These give me so much stamina for my workouts it’s insane. I don’t feel “energized” or hyper, just kinda like a feeling of “I can keep going” and I do. Idk if it’s a placebo effect or not but idc because I’m getting so much more out of my workouts now. I can’t really say much about if it’s helping to burn more fat, because I only take them before a workout. But because of the benefit I’ve mentioned above, I have no doubt I’m burning more calories.

Review: Very good tasting, I am glad I gave this a shot. Mixes well and has no poor flavor during any part of the drinking process.Only negative I found was it contains sucralose which was created by Red Bull and has been found to be linked to cancer in Europe. I am trying to move away from drinking Red Bull and sucralose or other fake sugars, hence why I wanted a protein shake.Would be nice if they could find an organic sweetener that didn’t risk my health.

Review: Edited Later:It is claimed that this stuff mixes in easily. Vanilla did fairly well. Chocolate didn’t mix well at all with either water or whole milk. Could shake it forEVER and still had clumpy chocolate powder on top, stuck to the sides and bottom. Thought a milk shake mixer might do the trick, but no, didn’t :-(.Going to try the strawberry and see if that works any better. If not I guess I just spoon the stuff into my mouth.Wondering if I got a bad batch???============ End edit…Good, but problem with mass quantity for us newbies :-).Vanilla was very good, yummie even :-).For ME the chocolate was not bad but made me queezy. Still at that price I felt the need to use it all up (waste not, want not).After the less than totally pleasant experience with the chocolate I am leery of trying another flavor and finding the same (or worse) problems and then having to swill it all down anyway. Not bad with the chocolate but not fun either.I would be wonderful if UMP could provide an assortment of flavors, say about enough to make 4-5 shakes from each flavor. Then one wouldn’t be stuck swilling down something that didn’t agree with them and could go on to the standard size drums without worry. Experimenting with the huge standard tubs is both expensive and can be problematical as well.Just my thoughts on the matter while I ponder what to get next or just stick with good ole vanilla :-).As for how it works, seems to do OK, more experience with it will let me know, but it looks good, even the chocolate seemed to work / help outside of the nausea issue.
