Title: Worth it!
Review: As a fitness trainer I’m very 50/50 with supplements. However I’m a big fan of this product. I’ve tried plenty, and ultimately the way products works depends on the effort you put out! So NO this is not going to work if you think you can just drink it and not workout. You have to workout with this to see results. My only con with it , it’s unflavored but when I drink it with straight water I can still taste the taste idk it’s weird but it’s not terrible! Give the product atleast 2-3 weeks to start seeing a difference maybe longer depending on your training.

Review: Must follow directions!!!! If you take it and immediately start workingout you won’t feel a difference if you wait 10 mins like it says your energy will be thru the roof drinks lots lots lots of water thru out your workout if not you will feel nausea the label is deceiving it does not grow your bitty your workout does but it’s great for energy and I did grow a butt but not because of the powder but because of my glute workouts I say buy it if you want energy

Review: It dissolves easily in my pre-workout, but I have since started to drink this after a workout. Review: This Better Booty 100% creatine comes in a small tub and it’s sealed well. This is my first time trying creatine and this was as easy to use as any other mix in powder. I used a shaker cup to make this and I had no issues with clumps or mixability.
