FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KIAH) — Fort Bend County investigators are looking into the shooting death of an Army veteran as a possible case of road rage. Authorities say 25-year-old Roy Ferrer was shot around noon Saturday on Highway 6 near West Bellfort, in the Four Corners area.
