Review: I supplement daily with creatine as part of my nutritional support regimine for the many wellness benefits it’s known for including muscle, strength, exercise performance, and brain wellness. I’ve taken Nutricost’s and other brands of Creatine Monohydrate by itself and just started taking this Creatine + Hydration new product. It combines 5 grams of creatine monohydrate with 7 vitamins and minerals and is easy to take as suggested with 1 scoop daily mixed with 8-14 oz. of water. This product is “blueberry” flavored, it’s tasty, and is naturally flavored with other natural flavors. The other ingredients included is citric acid, l-malic acid, reb M from stevia extract, stevia and blue spirulina for color. I am a fan of this brand Nutricost and the high quality of their wide variety of nutritional products which provide great value for your money. Their products are manufactured in an NSF certified and GMP compliant facility, and are 3rd party Lab Tested for safety, purity and potency. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the Nutricost supplements I’ve been taking, and this product may meet your needs. If you are used to taking creatine unflavored or new to creatine, then you might consider this quality formulation that combines creatine with a hydration mix of vitamins and minerals to support your workouts and performance.

Review: Amazing blend of creatine monohydrate (5g), vitamins (C, B6, B12) and minerals (magnesium, sodium, potassium), the blue raspberry flavor tastes fantastic and is enjoyable to drink, I typically use a 21 fl oz sports bottle for drinking as-well as for mixing, just a quick shake and the mix dissolves quickly and easily.So far it has been easy to use, plus includes a scoop for easy serving measurement, the drink agrees with me perfectly with no side effects or bloating, I feel hydrated after drinking and the creatine helps with my workout, the serving size is just 1 scoop and the container will provide 30 servings.The ingredients seem especially high quality with quality sources like magnesium malate, micronized creatine, and the active form of B12 (methylcobalamin), the other ingredients show it’s naturally colored using blue spirulina, natural flavors, and uses stevia as the sweetener.Overall I highly recommend, made in the USA, GMP and NSF certified facility, third party tested, non-gmo, and gluten-free as-well.

Title: Decent taste as a drink mix if you dilute it a bit more than directed. (Beware: Contains Stevia!)
Review: I’ve recently add Creatine to my workout regiment and this mixes well and tastes ok. I don’t like Stevia that seems to be very prevalent in drink mixes these days – the sugar-free fad has that bad aftertaste and I always dilute it more than directed to reduce the Stevia taste, which is too sweet and over-powering. This container was really hard to open, like they used some sort of super-glue…or maybe I’m just a weakling. The instructions tell you to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day…..I’m way behind.

Title: Must have pre-workout supplement to replace vital minerals
Review: I’ve tried a lot of pre workout supplements but this Nutricost Creatine Plus Hydration in Blue Raspberry flavor is a standout. Not only does it deliver 5000mg of creatine monohydrate per serving but it also includes essential electrolytes like potassium and magnesium, something most creatine powders don’t offer.I really wish I had this the other day while doing squats in my garage. I was sweating hard and ended up with painful cramps, clearly missing key minerals. This product helps replace what you lose during intense workouts and supports overall hydration and wellness. It is also vegan, gluten free, and made in a GMP compliant NSF certified facility so I feel confident about the quality.The flavor is a bonus, delicious blue raspberry that actually tastes good and mixes well. Title: Good amount of creatine, clean
Review: Been using this a couple weeks to increase my creatine load. Bottom line upfront, I don’t like the taste of stevia but it’s hard to find something without it. I didn’t find the stevia taste overpowering with this but I did use more water then directed to dilute the stevia flavor more. Blue spirulina as far as dye colorings go ain’t bad, nor is the rest of the ingredients, and that shows because it does feel clean so to speakI’ll keep with it but I’d also choose one without stevia if they came out with it.

Title: Blue raspberry flavor
Review: This creatine powder creates a light and hydrating blue raspberry drink. I usually dilute it with more water depending on what is want. This reminds of a sour raspberry or sports drink. It must be mixed well, but completely dissolves.This is my first time supplementing with creatine and so far I like this drink.It comes with a scoop and contains 30 servings.

Title: Not bad overall. Sweet
Review: Good value and taste overall for some recovery mix. This one is sweet and I end up diluting a lot. This container is more like double the amount for me since I dilute so much. It’s easy to mix in a shaker. I like to use a frother to mix and that works. Taste is fine as well when I dilute or its too sweet.
