Review: I have been using basic creatine for a while now, and it has been one of the easiest and most effective supplements to add to my routine. I stick with plain creatine because it is affordable, well-researched, and does exactly what it is supposed to do—help with strength, endurance, and recovery. This particular one is very clean, affordable, and Amazon always has it in stock.I take five grams per day, which is the standard dose, and I have never felt the need to do a loading phase. Since it has no taste, it mixes well with whatever I pair it with, and I appreciate that I do not have to worry about any unnecessary additives or flavors.For me, the best way to take creatine depends on the day. Sometimes I just mix it with water or a protein shake, but I also like adding it to juice if I want something sweeter. I have even stirred it into my morning coffee a few times, and it dissolves pretty well in warm liquids. On days when I am in a rush, I just toss a scoop into my oatmeal or yogurt, and I barely notice it is there. The most important thing I have learned is to take it consistently, whether I am working out that day or not, because that is what really helps maintain the benefits over time.

Title: Buy it but increase water intake
Review: I have been using this for years now on and off and it never really does me wrong . It takes 1 weeks to click into your system . Muscles don’t get sore really anymore. Increases my stamina . Taste is not to good but I dry scoop so lol. But it don’t work and is effective and I gained the weight and muscular I want. Just make sure you drink ALOT of water atleast 78 ounces a day
