Title: My new go to
Review: I’m not sure what comes first — are those real Oreo cookie pieces, or the fully disclosed whey blend, or the digestive enzymes, or the fact there’s 25 g of protein per scoop? Honestly, I’ve probably missed something else.I’ve been mixing shakes for over a decade, but living next to the gym means I go through tubs fast. This one caught my eye because of the Oreo flavor plus the transparency—they list every protein source and digestive enzyme right on the label (isolate, concentrate, hydrolysate, proteases, lactase, bromelain). I ran out of my old powder mid-week and swapped over—and wow, I should’ve done it sooner. It mixes like a dream. I use a shaker bottle with water or almond milk, and it’s always smooth — no chalk, no clumps. Reviews call it “the cookie pieces at the bottom are unreal,” and that isn’t hype . You actually get real bits of Oreo that you find yourself digging for like a kid at the end of your shake.Taste-wise? It’s rich and dessert-like — several reviewers said it “feels like a cheat meal” or “taste so good”—not too sweet, never artificial . On the nutrition front, 130 cal, 25 g protein, 7 g carbs is solid — just be aware it includes sugars (HFCS, sucralose). If you’re monitoring blood sugar, keep that in mind .Real-talk: it’s a bit pricey, but you know what you’re paying for—transparent ingredients, good flavor, easy digestion. The scoop stored in the lid? Genius design touch — no buried mess inside the tub.

Title: If I could give this 6 stars, I would — my go-to protein without question
Review: This is hands down the best-tasting protein powder I’ve ever had. I actually look forward to it — which is saying something, especially at 5:30 AM when the last thing I want to do is crawl out of bed for the gym. But knowing this shake is waiting for me? That helps. The Chips Ahoy flavor absolutely nails it. It’s rich, sweet without being over the top, and the little cookie and chocolate chip bits at the bottom? Unreal. I’ve caught myself digging them out of the shaker like a kid. It’s just that good.Mixes really well with almond milk — super smooth, not overly foamy like a lot of other powders I’ve tried. And I have to give props to the design: the scoop being set in the lid is genius. No more digging around elbow-deep in a powdery mess just to find it.I’ve also tried the Nutter Butter flavor, which is solid (a strong 4 stars), but this Chips Ahoy version is on a whole different level. It’s my staple now.—–Nutter Butter – Solid flavor, just not quite Chips Ahoy level for me

Title: Delicious!
Review: I’ve been so picky with my protein powders but I think I finally found the one. The taste is great. I got the chocolate milk flavor and it almost taste like nesquick or ovaltine. Not gritty at all and extremely minimal artificial sweetener taste. I will say it is a bit difficult to get it to completely dissolve the chunks but i’ve only tried mixing it with the aldi version if the fairlife high protien low fat milk. It might be easier to mix in water but i like the added protein. Maybe its because I don’t have a shaker bottle and i’ve only tried mixing it with a spoon but even the chunks aren’t horrible and they aren’t gritty. So I might take off a half a star for that. Still over all great taste.

Title: Good not great
Review: If you like vanilla protein you’ll love this. If you’re not a fan of vanilla then this makes vanilla a bit better. The cookie bits at the very end make the after taste good but that’s after you get though the vanilla flavor you don’t really enjoy. And it’s pricey. I feel the iso pro cocoa pebbles is a great taste and for the same if not cheaper you can get a better quality protein especially if your sensitive to whey.

Title: Tastes just like Chips Ahoy!
Review: If you’re tired of protein powders that taste artificial, leave a weird aftertaste, or feel like you’re drinking chalk, GHOST Whey Protein in the Chips Ahoy flavor is a game-changer. From the first scoop, it delivers a smooth, dessert-like experience that genuinely tastes like chocolate chip cookies. The flavor is rich and nostalgic—imagine a fresh Chips Ahoy cookie dunked in milk, but in protein shake form. It’s not overly sweet or fake-tasting, which is rare for a flavor this bold. Even better, it goes down clean. There’s no unpleasant aftertaste lingering in your mouth like with so many other protein powders, and the texture is impressively smooth and non-chalky, whether mixed with water or milk. What makes it even more enjoyable is the consistency. It blends easily, so you’re not left with clumps or gritty residue. Plus, getting 25g of protein per serving from a blend of isolate, concentrate, and hydrolyzed whey makes it a solid post-workout or daily protein option without sacrificing taste. If you’re looking for a protein powder that feels more like a treat than a chore, GHOST’s Chips Ahoy Whey is worth every scoop.

Title: Full send and buy it!
Review: I was very VERY skeptical about buying this. A friend of mine awhile back recommended GHOST and RYSE protein powder to me and i finally decided to try it, it’s so smooth and the flavor is incredible. However this flavor can be a little sweet it seems so i recommend half a cup for a 28 oz shaker cup. It comes with its own scoop which is super convenient, definitely excited to try other flavors in the future.

Title: Overpriced for average taste and quality
Review: It’s not a bad tasting protein. I would put it up there with most of your average tasting proteins. Nothing really stands out as special. However, for the price, it’s definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless it’s heavily discounted. The packaging/marketing would lead you to believe it’s going to taste much better than it does. They’re marketing folks are good. I give them that. This would be fairly priced in the $25-$30 range, with all of the other non grass-fed, sucralose sweetened, whey concentrate/isolate blends. For what you get, $50 is crazy.

Review: Read the bad reviews and thought they could not possibly be true but I stand corrected. If you were to taste it blind folded you would probably only be able to surmise that it was a vanilla protein powder with something wrong with it.The slight ‘cereal milk’ flavouring is very clearly just artificial corn flavour and strongly resembles popcorn jellybeans as others have pointed out.If you do not enjoy vanilla protein then you will certainly not enjoy this, please don’t make my mistake.

Review: After trying 10–20 brands of protein powder, I can confidently state this is by far the worst WPI I’ve ever tried. It has an aftertaste that lingers for close to a full day, and the aftertaste alone was enough to make me dry heave multiple times throughout the day.The flavor is horrendous—I would describe it as moldy fruits mixed with cement, with a hint of sulfur. After getting 4–5 people to try it, every single one of them absolutely despised it. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I honestly don’t know how the dingus who made this WPI tasted it and thought, “Excellent flavor; I can really taste the disappointment.”Don’t buy this item unless your taste buds are irreparably damaged, why should I try another other Ghost Flavour when this one is so horrendous?
