Title: Great Value, mixes quick. Works well for me.
Review: The 5 gram (5000mg) recommended serving size is a bit higher than what I’ve been taking with some of the other Creatine supplements I’ve tried. So, I’ve been measuring it down a bit. I’ve only been taking about 3000mg, a bit over a teaspoon, which is a bit more consistent with the daily amounts contained in some of the other Creatine supplements I’ve been trying. I’m trying to figure out which I like best, so I try to keep the dosages similar to see if any brands of Creatine are working better for me than others. This powder dissolves quick and mixes well with whichever flavor of juice I’m drinking that day. There isn’t really any flavor to it, so it’s not bad mixed with water, but I usually drink something flavored anyway, so I just mix this in. Based on the workouts I’ve used this for the past few weeks, this seems to work as well as some of the other Creatine supplements I’ve tried this year, when taken in comparable amounts. I’ve only had one brand I’ve tried so far that didn’t seem to do anything for me. This seems to do what it should. Quality is good. The ingredients list only shows micronized Creatine Monohydrate, nothing else added. I like that. Some of the other Creatine supplements I’ve tried have other unnecessary stuff added that I don’t really need. I do have a slight preference to Creatine capsules and gummies over this powder form of Creatine just due to the convenience of not having to mix powder. For the price though, powder is a much better value, and this is fairly easy to mix.

Title: Really can’t taste it, mix it with whatever you’re drinking!
Review: The instructions say to mix 2 teaspoons of this very fine, very smooth creatine powder into 8oz of water, but I don’t know if that’s really necessary as long as you’re drinking all of it. I don’t like the taste of plain water so I have a 16oz water bottle that I shake different drink packets into instead. I couldn’t taste anything different after adding the flavor packet to the bottle with the creatine powder already in it. If you don’t drink it fairly quickly, it does appear that some of the creatine powder will settle at the bottom so you may need to shake it again to mix it back up.While I love the taste of most creatine gummies (it’s like eating fruit snacks, who doesn’t want that?), creatine powder is just so much more cost effective and the other powders I’ve tried have all been flavored and honestly, not very tasty in my opinion and sort of bitter. I’m so happy to have found this brand’s unflavored version since I really can’t taste it and can add it to whatever I want without any odd tastes.

Title: Tasteless and mixes well
Review: Built by Nature Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder – Unflavored, 5000mg (5g) Per Serving, 100 Servings (500g) – Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free – Supports Muscle Strength and Workout Recovery is a tasteless addition to my post workout protein shake. It mixes well and is easy to take. There is no scoop enclosed so I use a 5 gram scoop from another brand to make measuring easier. I appreciate this being in a pouch rather than a plastic canister as it is space saving and less plastic waste. I only recently discovered the benefits of creatine as a post-menopausal woman looking for muscle recovery, bone health and improved brain function. Combine this with strength training and you have a powerful way to help increase bone mass. I am happy to see this is 3rd party tested but although it is packaged in USA there is no indication where it is manufactured. That takes a star off for me. I’m hoping this will help improve the age related muscle loss us older ladies often experience.
