Title: Refreshing and Unique
Review: This was the first clear protein powder I’ve ever tried, and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s important to note that if you use this powder in a blender, it will foam up like crazy – but after a few minutes it will settle and the foam will dissipate. If you use a shaker bottle, you might experience some clumping and foaming, but I don’t mind this as much. The taste is very sweet. The best part of Ghost protein is the macros- with only 100 calories for 20 grams of protein, this is a great choice for those on a calorie deficit looking to increase their protein intake. You can drink it alongside a meal without becoming uncomfortably full, unlike regular protein powder… though be aware it is more filling than drinking an energy drink, water, or juice.The blue raspberry flavor is so strong that it might become tiring if you’re drinking it every day, but if it’s part of your roster of other powders it’s a great way to break up the tedium of getting protein in. I would recommend this protein to anyone looking for a lower-calorie, clear whey-based protein supplement. I’ve also mixed this powder with creatine with no issues. I will also note that I have not had any digestive issues. Overall, this is a solid choice for a protein supplement, especially if you’re looking for something outside the realm of the standard chocolates and vanillas.

Title: Delicious, Orange Cream is now a go to Flavor!
Review: Ghost has established itself as a highly reputable nutritional supplement brand over the last couple of years, take note this flavor, the orange cream is absolutely fantastic! I’ve had all sorts of different flavors over the years from many different brands, this is one though that has left a lasting impression, so if it’s worthwhile at all keep that in mind. If mixed properly as this is a Whey based protein powder, well then it is absolutely is perfect in striking the balance between flavor and texture, keep in mind that initially I had to add more water and sometimes milk to strike the right balance as the recommended serving size was too much. This of course could be aided with using a blender or protein shaker bottle, keep in mind for continuity sake, this was just stirred by hand. With that in mind, I had no other issues using this protein powder, it does come with 20 servings and is packaged in a smaller protein container which is appreciated because unlike many competitors in this space (ie, that fill massive containers with maybe a 1/4 of the content size, this isn’t the case here) is adequately filled and fits well within limited cabinet space.Now as for the contents that have been included to aid in the recovery and of course muscle building process, there are actually not a ton of additives in terms of vitamins and minerals, which for some may be influential in the purchasing decision. Had just 100 calories, 25 g of protein and only 1 g of carbohydrates this is a lean option overall! It is also worthwhile to note that it is sugar-free, soy free, and gluten-free which was a major influence in my own purchasing decision having a mixture of all three.In terms of overall value for the money, you are getting one of the best flavors of protein powder that I’ve at least ever tried, as well as a pretty ample amount of servings coming in again 20 and potentially not having the stress over not knowing what you’re consuming. With that being said at the time of writing I’m sure the price may change, as sales are not uncommon so keep that in mind if you are definitely wanting to consider the value oriented aspect of this Ghost Orange Cream flavor. I’d highly recommend giving this one a try though, it is certainly one of the best!

Title: Nice flavor and great nutritional profile
Review: After years of doing no serious weight lifting, I’m back to working out again and have gotten my bench press close to 300 lbs., but getting enough protein to rebuild muscle is a problem. It would be almost impossible for me to get enough protein through natural foods each day, so protein shakes play a critical role.However, I don’t want the added sugars or other fillers that some protein powders have. Thankfully, this Ghost whey protein isolate is pretty much just protein – 25g per serving – with zero sugar and zero trans/saturated fat. It also has only 100 calories. I’m not sure how they managed to make a whey protein that has such a minimalistic nutritional profile other than the protein, but it’s pretty great.Beyond that, the flavor, orange cream, is really interesting. I don’t think I had ever seen whey protein come in this flavor before, and I love orange creamsicle, so this is right up my alley. I wish more protein powders came in fun flavors like this.On the negative side, the included scoop is kind of wide. In fact, it’s wider than the mouths of the water bottles I bring to the gym, so I’m going to have to figure out a way to pour the protein without making a mess every time. Also, it does seem to foam up quite a bit after shaken – especially at first – but settles down eventually. These aren’t major issues, though, so I still think this Ghost whey protein is pretty good. As for value, there are other protein isolates out there for less money, but it’s hard to find one that has a nutritional profile to match this product.
