Title: Great phone for me and the kids
Review: These are great phones for the kids, I still have one of these as my backup. The only downside is no 5G, so reception and data speeds can vary depending on location. You can request unlock with active service after 60 days, then phone can be used with ANY carrier. This phone does NOT have Total by Verizon/Tracfone software (so nothing like that appears when you power the phone on).

Title: Never received my refund
Review: I bought the phone and returned it because of poor network connection and signal drops. I have pictures from the phone and the package how I handed to the ups worker. Somehow between ups and amazon warehouse the device disappeared and it shows delivered but they are stating they received different item. I offered pictures and them to start investigating but they declined everything. I’m reporting this to the local police, i have the imei and serial number, at least Apple to put this phone on their black list.

Title: Newer version is not loved as much as the older versions.
Review: These are my go-to phones and I thought since I was getting a much newer version that it would be even better but I was mistaken. I don’t like a few features on it and it is not sensitive to the touch. Sometimes I have to touch three times on something or more. The battery life is definitely not as good as my much older model.

Review: I’ve been sent this phone a few times now and everytime it’s TracFone. Won’t work with Verizon service so don’t waste ur time or money on this.. my poor son had his favorite gifts sent back twice now cuz they keep sending this TracFone rather than a Verizon one as advertised. TracFone wants 300 to unlock it
