Title: Scoop measure solved.
Review: Disclaimer: There are probably easier solutions, but, since I don’t know them here we are.Like some of the other reviews i was having trouble with measuring out since a scoop doesnt come with tub.I contacted seller to make sure the 3/4 tablespoon on product was correct. Here is part of the response.”The weight-to-volume ratio can vary with powdered supplements due to differences in density.”OK, so, that doesn’t solve my issue of scooping, and, because im far from a mathematician, I made a quick decision to just purchase the,”Stainless Steel Magnetic Measuring Spoons Set” off Amazon hoping I’d figure out right measuring combo,(I figure i’ll have the tools for life, to justify the extra spend).As you can see in photo I have two of the spoons and lever for my measurements. I used the 1/2 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon plus lever to even it exactly. Also, as you can see from photo the creatine looks like quite a bit on scale for 5grams. I assume my scale is accurate, (If not, it is what it is, and, I said what it said :),Glad I bought product but for now im slowly taking smaller amounts cautiously. Though, I can say I feel some brain clarity since using. Hence: one of the health benefits of creatine.Lastly, I’ll update it if anything changes.Side note: im not married to a brand this was the lowest price with positive reviews, also note no side effects so far!!!

Title: There no such thing as “special creatine” this is the cheapest.
Review: Creatine is one of the few supplement were the science is settle that it increases muscle growth after the clinical trial and its “cycled” out of the body. It also cheap, 2.2 pounds is over 6 1/2 month worth and its that way because nobody has a monopoly on it and any special creatine is unproven.However, I have to caution that effectiveness is relatively minor and 1/5 people saw no benefit in permanent gains but its safe and emerging studies suggest it helps with brain fog from lack of sleep, bone health, and mental decline. It relatively safe falling into nootropic territory.In terms of importance for workout Protein>Caffeine>Creatine>Everything Else. Caffeine does have downsides and is not for everyone.

Review: ive bought 2 of these at this point and have been taking monohydrate for 20 years. dissolves fast. good price. been experimenting with 15-25 grams a day for about a month, for the brain benefits , no problems

Review: Edited below original review.It’s pretty annoying now that companies are so cheap they don’t include the 10 cent scooper cost. I get it plastics, micro plastics etc… But I’m sure 99% of us who use creatine 5 care enough to properly dispose and or recycle the plastic tub and scooper. Secondly, they list 3/4 tablespoon as 5 gram serving.. I call bs. No way. It’s more like 1 teaspoon that is 5 grams. I guess I’ll have to get it my ultra small digital scale for small portions and see exact what is 5 grams. I wish these companies would use their scientific tests to calibrate exactly 5 grams and include the scooper and just add 25 cents per tub to cover costs! But whatever I’ll do the work myself and calibrate 5 grams with my scale for small amounts, don’t trust a big scale as they won’t be very accurate for small measured amounts. I’ll be going with 5 grams 2 x daily as it’s reported now that 10 grams is the minimal effective dose to get enough creatine thru the blood brain barrier and get some brain benefits. Then it’s reported by those researchers that you can do 15g dose here and there to mitigate high stress days (traveling with 5 hours of sleep, cramming for tests etc) so I’ll go 3 x 5 grams as needed to help offset stressful days. It’s cheap and won’t hurt so I’ll give it a try.Edit: using 2 different coffee scales that are super accurate with small gram amounts I got 1 level tablespoon (tbsp) = 8.5 grams. If you do 3/4 tbsp = 6.4 grams. This is using the flat side of a butter knife to level excess off. My measurements for a teaspoon were 3.5g. So by doing a teaspoon morning and night I’m getting 7 grams. I think I’ll bump it up and go with 3 teaspoons per day to get just over 10g. Years of 5 gram dosages never felt like they did much and so trying 10 grams I hope to get “more” out of it as well as get some brain benefits if possible. Your mileage may vary as each teaspoon/tablespoon is shaped differently etc but you can get approximately the same amounts based on my measurements. When I run out of this brand I’ve got 4.4 lbs of Bulksupplements.Com creatine that I’ll measure out with the same scales and spoons.
