The fall of the manned balloon with 21 people in the region of Praia Grande, Santa Catarina, left 8 dead and 13 survivors, according to information from the Santa Catarina government.
Governor Jorginho Mello (PL) has determined that an task force of the organs be installed to act in the victims and also to unravel the causes of the accident.
So far, it is not known what may have caused the fall. Videos shared on social networks show the balloon on fire and plummeting toward the floor.
