Review: Podium Nutrition continues to impress with their commitment to quality ingredients and trustworthy sourcing, and their Solos Creatine Monohydrate is no exception. For someone like me who’s focused on strength training, creatine is a must-have, and this product delivers reliable support for performance and recovery.Value for money seems pretty solid offering 50 servings in this large tub. A measuring spoon is included which promotes great ease of use.The strawberry flavor is actually one of the better flavored creatine options I’ve tried—it’s a solid attempt and definitely more enjoyable than the usual unflavored or overly sweet alternatives. Mixing is about average for creatine; it mostly blends well with water, though there’s a little residue that never quite dissolves. I’ve also experimented with combining this creatine with Podium’s electrolyte mixes, and the flavor really pops—especially with their Peaches & Cream https://amzn.to/3HHP88l which is fantastic. Overall, this is a great product, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every Podium supplement I’ve had the chance to try.

Title: Works well; taste somewhat too artificial
Review: I’ve been looking for a workout supplement to use for a while now. I like how creatine works and am on the lookout for better ones out there. I was very happy that I came across PODIUM creatine. There’s a lot to like about the creatine from this brand.Design:I really like the design on the packaging. It doesn’t feel like it was stored in cheap plastic with barely functioning lids. When you hold this in your hands, you can feel the care spent into the design of it. I also like the inclusion of a little hook inside the jar that holds the scoop in place. No more digging through the powder just to find the scoop.Taste:This is where I’m not as satisfied. Don’t get me wrong, strawberry is a decent flavor to have for a creatine supplement but there is a lot that could go wrong for this type of flavor. Often times, candies and other snacks with a strawberry flavor tends to taste artificial and podium’s creatine powder is not an exception. Trying to chug down a serving of their powder prior to workouts can feel tedious sometimes, especially if you’re not giving yourself time to really take sips. The aftertaste is fine, not too bitter or overly sweet. Now, you can possibly mix some lemon juice into it or other citrus-flavored additive to make it less sweet.Performance:I thought it Podium worked well for my workouts. I found myself more hydrated during my workouts and able to squeeze an extra rep here and there. Like most if not all creatine products, the fact that I can pack it into a shaker bottle and go makes it very easy to use.Price:For around $25 at the time of this review, I DO think that PDOIUM does offer a competitively priced creatine supplement. If you’re looking for a good creatine powder that offers good performance, good price per serving, and a decent flavor at baseline, then consider Podium.Overall, I recommend this powder.

Review: For the peace of mind, I like how it says on the label “proudly manufactured in the United States”, since so many supplements obscure where they’re made. Aside from that, it seems to be a good creatine powder, and it tastes good. I’ve got no complaints!

Title: Excellent stuff!
Review: Holy cow this stuff tastes gooood! I have officially found my new favorite creatine brand. I’ve tried this strawberry flavor, as well as their pink lemonade, and both are excellent. I mix a big scoop of this up every day in my 64oz insulated jug, fill it with sparkling water, and sip it all day to stay both hydrated and creatined. Zero grit, easy mixing, and even though it’s artificially sweetened, it doesn’t have a bad aftertaste like some products.

Title: Love it! Convenient, without the added calories in gummies
Review: I love the powdered form of the product as opposed to the gummies common on the site. Powders easier to control your dosage and you don’t have to worry about the extra sugars and calories they sneak into the gummies. Besides, this stuff makes us great with drinks you’d otherwise be having as opposed to choking down a fistful of gummies to get the same dose, 5 g. I like the strawberry taste, no aftertaste for me or unpleasant side effects noticed. Really glad I got chance to try this!

Title: Nice strawberry flavor
Review: I’ve been using creatine for a while, so I am not expecting any *new* gains given that this should be essentially the same functional compound. I was kinda worried that this would change the taste of my overnight oats in a bad way, but it didn’t. That’s my go to post workout meal. It mixed in and dissolved pretty easy with just a couple stirs of my spoon. This stuff actually tasted really good. It tasted like I had mixed in actual strawberries. Seems like good quality creatine too. I plan to keep using and haven’t had any side effects.
