The City Hall of Barueri, in Greater São Paulo, used funds from parliamentary amendments by federal deputy Fábio Teruel (MDB-SP) to recap the luxury condominium in the Tamboré neighborhood, where he lives. In the vicinity of the deputy live celebrities such as singer Simone Mendes, influencer Deolane Bezerra and actor Fiuk.
At the end of 2024, the parliamentarian allocated about R $ 11 million in special transfers, the “pix amendments” to the city. Fábio Teruel, besides being federal deputy for São Paulo, is a broadcaster and makes religious preaching. In his Instagram profile with more than 5 million followers, the parliamentarian has shared videos of his routine living in the condominium with celebrities and artists.
