Title: Definitely worth trying!
Review: Been using this for over a month now so I’m on my 2nd bottle. This stuff does not disappoint. I ordered this after hearing Joe Rogan’s podcast about him taking creatine gummies. I lucked up and found these with collagen (to replace my powder version) and a few other vitamins that help absorption(among other things). Not a multi-vitamin though. I have neck, spine & knee injuries. I also workout 4-6 days a week as much as possible. As well as PT. I was at a point where I could barely walk by the evening. Everyday. Joint pain & stiffness. After taking this for about 2 weeks I could tell a difference in recovery time with my workouts. After a month, not just recovery, but I can walk at night. Not a miracle drug for my injuries. But really, on a measurable level, can tell a difference with mobility. As far as stamina, I cannot say because I use pre-workout. Also worth mentioning, I use colostrum as well. So all these things in conjunction are working well for me. My skin is healthier as well. Again, probably from all the things in conjunction. The taste is really good. Fruity, pineapple flavor. The price point also seemed very reasonable to me. Much less expensive than most creatine powders I have used. Definitely recommend drinking lots of water because I did retain a bit of water the 1st week. But it went away after my body (female) got adjusted to using creatine again. Only issue is the hole is too small for my hand to fit in and all the gummies, in both bottles, were all globbed together. So it has been challenging(and annoying) to get one or 2 gummies out at a time.

Review: Been hitting the gym hard, decided to take some supplements. These gummies have a nice tropical flavor. The texture isn’t stick to your teeth sticky, and they aren’t super hard. They are just right texturally, in my opinion. The only thing worth noting, is that the gummies do stick to each other in a bear conglomerate in the bottle. They maintain their bear shape and easily pull apart- so, this doesn’t bother me.

Review: These creatine gummies are a convenient way to add a full dose into your workout routine. The serving is 2 chews for 5g. They use stevia extract instead of sugar so these contain just 12 calories per serving. The gummies are not shiny and glossy as shown they are a bit waxy and crystallized looking. They have a nice texture and flavor though I wouldn’t have guessed mango if it didn’t say so. They are vegan and quality tested in the US. They do taste and look like candy so keep out of reach of children!
