Review: Taste just like a vanilla milkshake. I’ve tried it with both water and almond milk and I think it taste better with unsweetened almond milk. With the water, it taste like a sugarless drink so if you prefer that kind of taste, then using just water should work fine. I feel full for about 2 hours. Price is average compared to other protein powders. I wanted to get everything from the same brand so I also use their pre workout and I think they work well together.
