Accused of involvement in the acts of January 8 that depredated the buildings of the three powers in Brasilia, Marlúcia Ramiro now faces a new and serious investigation. She is suspected of physical, psychological and sexual abuse against two children, 8 and 2, in Buritizal, São Paulo. The information was revealed by The globe.
The complaint was formalized by the mother of the children and sent to the Buritizal Guardianship Council, the Civil Police and, later, to the court. The case is under accompaniment of the 2nd Igarapava Prosecutor’s Office (MPSP). Marlúcia Ramiro denies all accusations.
The alleged crimes would have occurred in 2023, when Marlúcia was on the run after his pre -trial detention decreed by the Federal Supreme Court (STF) for his participation in the scammers. She was arrested in December of the same year and, since April, has been home to home regime by decision of the Supreme Court.
The relationship and the suspicions
The mother of the victims met Marlúcia in 2018, during demonstrations of support to former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL). After moving to the same city as the accused, and in the face of alleged financial difficulties as Marlúcia, the woman invited her to live in her home, in exchange for help in care for the children.
During the coexistence, the mother began to notice changes in daughters’ behavior. The youngest child, diagnosed with autism, began to have frequent crying crises, woke up scared and refused food. The oldest became isolated and withdrawn. In addition, the baby had constant bruises, even recorded by the day care.
At the end of 2023, the situation worsened. A cousin of the children reported having witnessed Marlúcia assault the baby, shaking her and throwing her on the floor. Asked, Marlúcia would have minimized what happened, claiming to be a “joke”.

After this incident, the older child revealed a abuse routine, including abandonment, dietary restriction and physical and psychological aggression that occurred while the mother was at work.
Marlúcia, according to the report, locked the girl away from home, exposed to the sun, under the pretext of cleaning, and offered no food to the children, even with the house supplied.
Faced with the reports, the mother decided to expel Marlúcia. Before triggering the Guardianship Council, she called the daughter of the investigated, who warned her about the January 8 arrest warrant and revealed that her mother was at large.

New evidence emerged, pointing to a possible sexual abuse. The eldest daughter reported, in a recent statement, that Marlúcia made photos and videos of the private parts of her baby. The younger child also began to demonstrate unusual behaviors.
Due to the severity of the new accusations, the case was transferred from the Special Criminal Court to Criminal Justice. The Public Prosecution Service requested the return of the investigation to the police station for deepening, including the seizure of Marlúcia’s cell phone.
