Title: Soft, tastes good/fresh and easy way to get your creatine in!
Review: I’m an older guy (45) and for most of my life I have only seen creatine in powder or capsule form. Capsules are ok but when you are taking multiple supplements it becomes an issue when you have a bag of pills to swallow. Powders are ok too, but unless you’re mixing them in with preworkout or a protein shake, they are also a bit of a pain to use. Around of February this year I first discovered creatine gummies and they have been my go to creatine ever since. The reason why is because they are so easy to take compared to the other methods.I workout 7 days a week, lifting weights with 30 mins of cardio for 4 of the days. The other 3 days I swim laps. At my age I need all the boost I can get so have been taking multiple supplements as well as staples such as creatine and protein. I really like these gummies for several reasons. They are soft but still a little chewy, prefect texture for a gummies. I also like the cube shape, it’s different but kinda cool. These things taste fresh and have a good blueberry flavor. Finally, a serving is only 12 calories which is less than the other brands I have tried (the former brand I tried was 20 calories). 3600 calories is a pound of fat and calorie surplus/deficits add up over time. These are good gummies and if you like blueberry flavor they are a solid choice.

Title: Is this what it says it is?
Review: It feels like there is an element of falsehood here, as the company has made a few questionable choices in regards to labeling. Some of what I presume to be instructions is printed so small that I can barely make out the words. I think that mixing up the common labeling scheme of the nutrition facts is one that particularly feels suspicious, but they do appear to be well manufactured.If you’re not as suspicious as I, finding creatine monohydrate in a more delicious, convenient form might prove to be impossible. Taste is good, consisitency of a gummy is on par with most candy you can find in the form, albeit a touch more sticky once you get past the outer barrier. And it’s not a messy powder. All good things. I think there is a noticable difference in working out taking creatine in advance, so I’ll use this, but I’m happy to keep my eyes open to alternatives that are a bit more forthcoming with details on what’s inside
