Review: These are really convenient creatine packets! I like that this creatine comes with taurine and theanine. These are super easy to grab and go. I put this into my post-workout protein shake. I’m not crazy about the tear off top because it doesn’t tear all the way across. Just let it all flow out! I just chop off the top with scissors so it comes out faster and with a less powdery mess. This powder blends in with my shake very easily, there is no clumping. Since I put it into a shake with other ingredients, I don’t taste it, but I don’t think it tastes like much if at all.
